Abstract

“Fizikālie un psihosociālie darba vides riska faktori pedagogu darbā un preventīvie pasākumi”. Darba autore Ilona Segliņa. Darba zinātniskā vadītāja: asociētā profesore Ženija Roja. Maģistra darbs izklāstīts uz 114 lpp., ietver 23 attēlus, 5 tabulas, 4 pielikumus, 87 informatīvos avotus, latviešu valodā. Pētījums sastāv no 4 daļām. Pirmajā daļā apkopota un analizēta literatūra par pedagogu darba apstākļiem, kā arī par fizikāliem un psihosociāliem darba vides riska faktoriem pedagogu darbā. Otrajā daļā ir aprakstītas pētījumā lietotās metodes. Trešajā daļā ir pētījumā iegūto datu apkopošana, analīze un diskusija. Iegūtie rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka pedagogu darba apstākļi lielākoties vērtējami ar II riska pakāpi, jeb “pieņemams risks”, taču atsevišķi riska faktori tika novērtēti arī ar III riska pakāpi jeb “ciešams risks”. Pedagogiem ir augsta darba intensitāte un garas darba stundas, kā arī augsta atbildība un spriedze darbā. Tie cieš no redzes, balss saišu un balsta orgānu sistēmas noslogojuma. Pedagogu darba vidē ir neapmierinošs mikroklimats un traucējošs troksnis. Ceturtajā daļā tika izstrādāti preventīvie pasākumi un praktiskās rekomendācijas. Izmantotās metodes: Somijas 5 baļļu metode un tās modificētas matricas, veikti mikroklimata, trokšņa un apgaismojuma līmeņa mērījumi un darbinieku aptauja, kurā iekļauti modificēti Dž. Adamsa stresa izpausmes jeb spriedzes novērtēšanas anketas jautājumi.

The master`s thesis: 114 pages., 23 images, 5 tables, 4 annexes, 87 literature sources, in Latvian. The master`s thesis consists of four parts. In the first part, literature on teachers working conditions, as well as physical and psychosocial work environment risk factors at teachers’ work are analysed. In the second part, the methods used in the master`s thesis are described. In the third part, the collected data are described and analysed. The results obtained show that teachers’ working conditions are mostly assessed with II point of risk or "acceptable risk", but some risk factors are also assessed with III point of risk or "tolerable risk". Teachers have a high intensity work and long working hours, as well as high responsibility work and high level of stress at work. They suffer from visual, vocal and muscular systems disorders. Teachers’ work environment has unsatisfactory microclimate and disturbing noise. In the fourth part, preventive measures and practical recommendations have been developed. Methodology used: Finnish 5-point method and the modified matrix, microclimate, noise and lighting measurements and employee survey with included questions from J. D.
