Abstract

„Darba aizsardzības sistēmas pilnveidošana Krāslavas novada Aulejas pagasta pārvaldē”. Darba autore Iveta Žolneroviča. Darba zinātniskā vadītāja: Dr. med., asociētā profesore Ženija Roja. Darbs izklāstīts uz 131 lpp., ietver 37 attēlus, 11 tabulas, 19 pielikumus, 65 informatīvos avotus. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 4 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā aplūkota un apkopota pieejamā literatūra par pagasta pārvalžu darba specifiku, darba aizsardzības aktualitātēm Latvijā un citur pasaulē, kā arī par biežāk sastopamajiem darba vides riska faktoriem pagasta pārvaldēs. Otrajā nodaļā aprakstītas izmantotās risku novērtēšanas metodes. Trešajā nodaļā raksturota esošā situācija Aulejas pagasta pārvaldē darba aizsardzības jomā, apkopotas un analizētas darbinieku anketas, kā arī, izmantojot risku novērtēšanas metodes, veikta darba vides risku novērtēšana. Ceturtajā nodaļā izstrādāti preventīvie un aizsardzības pasākumi, darba vides risku mazināšanai. Noslēguma daļā apkopoti maģistra darba izstrādes laikā iegūtie secinājumi un izstrādātas rekomendācijas darba aizsardzības sistēmas pilnveidošanai Aulejas pagasta pārvaldē.

Thesis contain 131 pages, 37 pictures, 11 tables, 19 appendices, 65 information sources. The Master’s thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter studies and summarises the available literature on municipality administration specifics, news on labour protection in Latvia and elsewhere in the world, as well as the most common risk factors for the work environment of municipality administrations. The second chapter describes the risk assessment methods used. The third chapter covers the current situation in the labour protection field of the administration of Auleja parish, the collected and analysed questionnaires of the employees, as well as an assessment of the work environment risks, using risk assessment methods. The fourth chapter consists of the preventive and protective measures developed for the mitigation of work environment risks. The conclusions derived during the development of the thesis and recommendations for the improvement of the labour protection system in the administration of Auleja parish are comprised in the concluding part of the paper.
