Gāzu hromatogrāfijas-augstas izšķirtspējas masspektrometrijas metodes izstrāde dehlorānu grupas savienojumu noteikšanai pārtikas produktos. Brizga A., zinātniskais vadītājs prof. Vīksna A. un zinātniskā konsultante Mg. chem., doktorante Rjabova J. Maģistra darbs, 47 lappuses, 16 attēli, 14 tabulas, 32 literatūras avots, 1 pielikums latviešu valodā. Development of the GC-HRMS method for the determination of Dechlorane Plus and related norbornene-based flame retardants in food products. Brizga A., supervisors Prof Viksna A. and scientific consultant MsC, PhD student Rjabova J. Master thesis, 47 pages, 16 figures, 14 tables, 32 references, 1 appendix. In Latvian. In the literature review the information of dechlorane group compund charasteristics, methods of determination and also concentration in the enviroment and in the human body has been described and analysed. Optimal parameters of sample preparation and instrumental analaysis have been evaluated. The method for dechlorane group compound determination has been developed, using gas chromatography-high resolution mass spectrometry. The sample preparation and instrumental analysis of the method were optimised. The highest efficacy in solid phase extraction experiments were acquired, elutioning the targeted analytes from the Silica 500 mg column with cyclohexane; the emission time of analytes in gel permeation chromatography was evaluated from 18.5 to 29 minute. The highest signal intensity of samples was detected, conducting chromatographic separation, using DB-5MS (30 m x 0.25 mm x 0,1 μm) column with injector temperature set to 310 °C and iones being fragmented with 35 eV. The newly developed method was validated and tested, using 11 different matrix food samples. The highest summary concentration of dechlorane group compounds was found in fish, ranging from 6,28 to 204 pg g-1 lipid weight.
