Abstract

Maģistra darbs „Darba drošība, strādājot augstumā elektrobūvniecības nozarē”. Autors Dagnija Baldiņa, zinātniskais vadītājs prof. Arturs Vīksna. Darbā ir 102 lappuses, 30 attēli, 17 tabulas, 68 literatūras avoti, 6 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā. Maģistra darbs izstrādāts ar mērķi veikt SIA „WOLTEC”, kas ir viens no lielākajiem elektrobūvniecības nozares uzņēmumiem Latvijā, darba vidē esošo risku ekspertīzi, izpētīt pieejamo literatūru un izstrādāt priekšlikumus darba apstākļu uzlabošanā, lai samazinātu nelaimes gadījumu riskus. Darbs sastāv no 4 daļām. Darba pirmajā daļā, balstoties uz literatūras avotiem, pētīta nozares vēsture, raksturoti darba vides risku teorētiskie aspekti un to novērtēšanas pamatprincipi. Otrajā daļā aprakstītas pētījumā izmantotās metodes, norādīti veicamie soļi, lai praktiski īstenotu metožu pielietojumu un novērtētu izvēlētos darba vides risku raksturojošos parametrus. Izstrādāta metode darba vides risku līmeņa noteikšanai darbam augstumā. Darba trešajā daļā aprakstīti pētījuma rezultāti, kas apliecina, ka nodarbinātie ir pakļauti vairākiem darba vides riska faktoriem, bet būtiskākais no tiem – darbs augstumā, kas novērtēts ar IV risku pakāpi. Darba ceturtajā daļā apkopoti izstrādātie priekšlikumi un aizsardzības pasākumi, kas jāveic, lai samazinātu riskus, kas attiecas uz darbu augstumā. Noslēgumā – izdarīti secinājumi, izteiktas praktiskās rekomendācijas un veselības veicināšanas pasākumi pētītajam uzņēmumam, darba vides uzlabošanai.

Master's thesis title is "Occupational safety, working at heights electrical construction industry." Author - Dagnija Baldiņa, scientific director prof. Arturs Vīksna. The paper has 102 pages, 30 images, tables 17, 6 attachments, 68 literature sources were used. The paper is written in Latvian. The purpose of Master's thesis is to make risk assessment of working environment in "WOLTEC" Ltd., which is one of the largest companies in Latvian electrical construction industry, to explore the available literature and to develop proposals for improving working conditions in order to reduce risks for accidents at working place. The work consists of 4 chapters. The first chapter is based on the literature analysis, there is description of history of the industry, theoretical aspects of work environment risks and the basic principles of risk assessment. In the second chapter author describes used study methods, specifying the steps to the practical implementation and application of methods to assess chosen parameters of risks, and method for assessment the level of risks in the work at height is developed. In the third chapter author examines the results of a study which shows that workers are exposed to a number of occupational risk factors, but the most important of them - work at a height, estimated with IV degree of risk. The fourth chapter consists of the elaborated proposals and protective measures to be taken to reduce the risks related to work at a height. In conclusion there are made practical recommendations and health promotion measures for improving the working environment in company WOLTEC, Ltd.
