Abstract

‘’Ar darbu saistīto muskuļu, skeleta, saistaudu sistēmas traucējumi un psihosociālie riski veselības aprūpē nodarbinātajiem un to novēršanas iespējas’’. Darba autore: Elīna Eiduka. Darba zinātniskā vadītāja: as. profesore, Dr. med. Ženija Roja. Darbs izklāstīts uz 122 lpp., ietver 37 attēlus, 9 tabulas, 1 formulu, 7 pielikumus un 57 informatīvos avotus. Pētījums sastāv no 4 daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir apkopota un analizēta literatūra par aktualitātēm veselības aprūpes nozarē un muskuļu, skeleta un saistaudu sistēmas traucējumiem, psihosociālajiem riskiem, kas saistīti ar darbu veselības aprūpē - operāciju blokā nodarbinātajiem. Literatūras analīze atspoguļo, ka operāciju zāle ir ne tikai fiziski, bet arī psiholoģiski prasīga vide. Otrajā daļā ir aprakstītas pētījumā lietotās metodes, bet trešajā daļā ir iegūto datu apkopošana un rezultātu analīze, izklāsts. Ceturtajā daļa izstrādāti aizsardzības un preventīvie pasākumi. Iegūtie pētījuma rezultāti pierāda, ka operāciju blokā nodarbinātajiem ar darbu saistīto muskuļu, skeleta, saistaudu sistēmas traucējumi un psihosociālie riski ir saistīti ar fizisko un garīgo pārslodzi. Izmantotās metodes: Darbinieku aptauja, Somijas 5 baļļu matrica, psiholoģiskā klimata darba vidē novērtēšanas metode, darbspēju indeksa noteikšana, ātrā ekspozīcijas kontrole (ĀEK), garīgā un fiziskā darba mijiedarbība (NASA – TLX indekss).

The research consists of four parts. In the first part is gathered and analysed the literature about the current events in the field of health care and the disorders of muscle, skeleton and connective tissue systems, psycho-social risks connected to work in health care – for the employed in the operations unit. The analysis of the literature shows that the operations unit is not only physically but also psychologically demanding environment. In the second part are described the methods used in the research, the third part consists of the compilation of the obtained data and the analysis, outline of the results. In the fourth part are constructed the protective and preventive measures. The obtained research results show that the disorders of work related muscle, skeleton, connective tissue systems and the psycho-social risks for the employed in the operation unit are related to physical and mental overload. Used methods: Survey of employees, Finland’s 5-point matrix, the assessment method of the psychological climate in the work environment, determination of the work capacity index, quick exposure check (QEC), mental and physical workload interaction (NASA - TLX).
