Bakalaura darba ‘’Latvijas sabiedrisko attiecību līderu novērtējums: mediju, SA aģentūru, klientu un topošo SA speciālistu viedokļi’’ pētījuma problēma ir Latvijas sabiedrisko attiecību nozarē nav noteikti konkrēti līderi. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās, metodoloģiskās un empīriskās daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā ir aprakstīta Sabiedrisko attiecību teorija, sabiedrisko attiecību raksturojums un vēsture, sabiedrisko attiecību mērķi, iezīmju teoriju, uzvedības iezīmju teoriju, līdera teoriju, līdera jēdziena skaidrojums un īpašības, līderība, līdera harizmātiskā vara. Metodoloģiskajā daļā aprakstīta jauktā metodoloģija - daļēji strukturētā intervija un aptauja kā kvalitatīvās un kvantitatīvās datu vākšanas metodes un kvalitatīvā kontentanalīze kā datu apstrādes metode. Empīriskajā daļā ir atainoti un aprakstīti iegūtie dati no interneta mediju kontentanalīzes kategorijām, salīdzināti tie ar sociālo tīklu kategorijām un rezultātiem, izklāstīti Latvijā vadošo sabiedrisko attiecību aģentūru speciālistu viedokļi par sabiedrisko attiecību nozares līderiem Latvijā un aprakstītas intervijas ar 10 žurnālistiem no vadošajiem interneta medijiem. . The Bachelor thesis “Assessment of Latvian public relations leaders: media, public relations agencies, clients and prospective public relations leaders' opinions’’ research problem is that the Public Relations industry in Latvia does not have decided particular leaders. The thesis consists of theoretical, methodological and empirical parts. The theoretical part describes the theory of public relations, the nature, and history of public relations, public relations objectives, public relations traits theory, behavioural characteristics theory, leadership theory, explanation of leadership concept, qualities, leading, leader charismatic power. Methodological part describes mixed methodology- semi-structured interview and questionnaire as a qualitative and quantitative data collection methods and qualitative content analysis of the data processing method. The empirical part illustrates and examines the data obtained from the Internet media content analysis categories, compared with those social networking categories and results, set out the Latvian leading public relations agency expert’s opinion on the public relations industry leaders in Latvia and presented 10 interviews with journalists from the leading Internet media.
