Darba aizsardzības sistēmas pilnveidošanas iespējas Balvu novada Stacijas pamatskolā

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis: Izvērtējot Stacijas pamatskolas darba aizsardzības sistēmas darbību, izstrādāt ieteikumus sistēmas pilnveidei. Kvalifikācijas darba uzdevumi: 1.Pētīt un analizēt literatūru, informācijas avotus un normatīvos aktus par darba aizsardzības sistēmu. 2.Raksturot un izvērtēt darba aizsardzības sistēmu Stacijas pamatskolā un tās atbilstību likumdošanai. 3.Izvērtēt nodarbināto iesaistes procesu darba aizsardzības sistēmas darbībā, t.sk., darba aizsardzības organizatoriskās struktūras izveidē un sadarbības ar darba devēju veidošanā. 4.Izstrādāt ieteikumus darba aizsardzības sistēmas pilnveidošanai Stacijas pamatskolā. Atslēgas vārdi: veselība, drošība, līdzdalība, pilnveidošana Kvalifikācijas darbā pētīta darba aizsardzības sistēmas būtība un teorētiskie aspekti, darba aizsardzības sistēmas organizatoriskā struktūra, tai skaitā darba vides iekšējā uzraudzība un darba vides risku novērtēšana, konsultēšanās ar nodarbinātajiem. Izvērtējot izglītības iestādes iekšējos normatīvos aktus, izmantojot aptaujas- anketēšanas, intervēšanas un novērošanas metodes, izanalizēta Stacijas pamatskolas darba aizsardzības sistēmas darbība, pamatskolas organizatoriskā struktūra, darba aizsardzības organizatoriskā struktūra un konsultēšanās ar nodarbinātajiem. Pētījuma rezultāti izanalizēti un attēloti grafiski. Vadoties pēc secinājumiem, izstrādāti priekšlikumi darba aizsardzības sistēmas pilnveidošanas iespējām izglītības iestādē. Darba saturs: saturiskā daļa- 60 lpp., 15 attēli, 8 pielikumi, 33 izmantotās literatūras un citi informācijas avoti.

The Goal of the Qualification Paper: To propose suggestions for improvement of the system of the Health and Safety at Work by evaluating the operation of the existing system in Stacijas Elementary School. The Objectives of the Qualification Paper: 1. To study and analyze the literature, the sources of information and the internal laws about the Health and Safety at Work. 2. To describe and evaluate the system of the Health and Safety at Work in "Stacijas Elementary School" and its compliance with legislation. 3. To evaluate the process of involvement of eployees in operation of the system of the Health and Safety at Work, including, in creation of organisational structure of the system and formation of the cooperation with the employer. 4. To make suggestions for improvement of the system of the Health and Safety at Work in "Stacijas Elementary School" The Key Words: Health, Safety, Participation, Development. The Qualification Paper consists of the study of the essence and theoretical aspects of the system of the Health and Safety at work, the organisational structure of the system, including internal monitoring and risk assesment of the work environment, consultations with employees. The operation of the system of the Health and Safety at Work at "Stacijas Elementary School", the organisational structure of the school, the organisational structure of the Health and Safety at Work and consultations with employees were evaluated by the results of study of the internal laws of the educational institution, use of questionnaire, interview and observation methods. The results of the study were analyzed and presented graphically. Based on the conclusions, the suggestions for improvement of the system of the Health and Safety at Work were made. The Qualicification Paperconsists of 60 pages, 15 pictures, 8 appendixes, 33 literature and other information sources wereused.
