Obligātās veselības pārbaudes un to nozīme darba drošības nodrošināšanā AS “Virši-A”

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis pamatojoties uz normatīvo aktu un citu avotu izpēti par obligāto veselības pārbaužu veikšanu, analizēt uzņēmuma AS „VIRŠI-A” situāciju obligāto veselības pārbaužu veikšanas jomā un ieteikumu sniegšana šī procesa uzlabošanai. Lai sasniegtu kvalifikācijas darba mērķi, tika noteikti uzdevumi: 1)teorētiskā materiāla izpēte par obligāto veselības pārbaužu būtību, saturu, to veidiem, un tiesisko regulējumu; 2)uzņēmuma AS „VIRŠI- A” darbības raksturojums 3)uzņēmuma AS „Virši-A” situācijas izpēte darba aizsardzības jomā un obligāto veselības pārbaužu veikšanas kārtības izpēte, papildus aptaujā noskaidrojot darbinieku viedokli. Kvalifikācijas darbā ir trīs nodaļas. Pirmajā nodaļā apskatīta obligāto veselības pārbaužu nepieciešamība, to veidi un tiesiskais regulējums, otrajā – apskatīts obligāto veselības pārbaužu veikšanas process uzņēmumā, bet trešajā – veikta darba ņēmēju aptauja, lai noskaidrotu viņu viedokli par obligāto veselības pārbaužu nepieciešamību un darba devēju attieksmi pret darba drošību un nodarbināto veselību uzņēmumā. Kvalifikācijas darbā ir 40 lpp, 5 attēli.

The purpose of the qualification work is to study the situation of the company "VIRŠI-A" in the field of compulsory medical examinations and to provide recommendations for improvement of this process based on the study of normative acts and other sources about compulsory health examinations. In order to achieve the objective of qualification work, the following tasks were set: 1) the study of the theoretical material on the nature, content, types, and legal framework of compulsory medical examinations; 2) the characteristics of the activity of JSC "VIRŠI-A" 3) studying the situation of the company "Virši-A" in the field of labor protection and investigating the procedure for compulsory medical examinations, clarifying the opinion of employees in addition to the survey. Qualifications have three chapters. The first chapter deals with the necessity of compulsory medical examinations, their types and legal regulation, the second one examines the process of compulsory medical examinations in the company, and the third - a survey of employees was carried out in order to find out their opinion about the necessity of compulsory medical examinations and the treatment of employers in relation to occupational safety and health in the company. The work consists of 40 pages, 5 images.
