Ergonomisko risku samazināšana būvniecības nozares uzņēmumā SIA Moonflor

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba tēma ir ,,Ergonomisko risku samazināšana būvniecības nozares uzņēmumā SIA ,,Moonfloor”. Darba autors ir Latvijas Universitātes Ķīmijas fakultātes pirmā līmeņa augstākās profesionālās izglītības studiju programmas ,,Darba aizsardzība” trešā kursa students Jānis Blūmentāls. Kvalifikācijas darba uzdevums – aplūkot būvniecības nozares tirgus aktuālās tendences un uzņēmuma SIA ,,Moonfloor” darbību nozares vidē, raksturot darba aizsardzības sistēmu būvfirmā un darba vidi uzņēmumā, ilustrēt būvniecības pakalpojumu komerciālo priekšlikumu jeb izmaksu aprēķinu korelāciju ar sagaidāmajiem ergonomiskajiem riskiem, iepazīties ar pieejamo pašmāju un ārzemju autoru literatūru, kurā pētīta ergonomikas problemātika un, balstoties uz zinātniskās literatūras pamatiem, izvēlēties risku analīzei piemērotas pētījuma metodes, novērtēt ergonomiskos riskus būvniecības uzņēmumā SIA ,,Moonfloor” nodarbinātajiem mūrniekiem, betonētājiem un flīzētājiem. Pētījuma autors darba teorētiskajā daļā izvirza hipotēzi, ka bīstamās nozares būvniecības uzņēmumā SIA ,,Moonfloor” strādājošie mūrnieki, betonētāji un flīzētāji darba vietās ir pakļauti paaugstinātiem ergonomiskajiem riskiem. Lai pārliecinātos par izvirzītās hipotēzes patiesumu, kvalifikācijas darba empīriskajā daļā izmantotas divas kvalitatīvās SRG un ĀEK metodes un viena kvantitatīvā NIOSH vienādojuma metode. Datu apstrādei izmantoti elektroniskie rīki, izveidots pētījuma bāzes apraksts. Visas trīs izvēlētās metodes tika pielietotas katras attiecīgās profesijas darba vietu ergonomisko risku novērtēšanā. Visos gadījumos katra no pielietotajām metodēm uzrādīja vienu vai vairākus ļoti augstus vai vidējus riskus. Tas nozīmē, ka izvirzītā hipotēze pētījuma gaitā ir apstiprinājusies. Kvalifikācijas darba nobeigumā apkopoti secinājumi, un izpētes gaitā izdarīto secinājumu kontekstā sniegti priekšlikumi darba vides ergonomikas uzlabošanai uzņēmumā nodarbinātajiem mūrniekiem, betonētājiem un flīzētājiem. Rekomendācijas sagatavotas pētījuma teorētiskajā daļā aplūkotās zinātniskās literatūras ietvaros. Kvalifikācijas darba apjoms ir 66 lapas (bez pielikumiem), darbā ir iekļauti 48 attēli, 3 tabulas, un 4 pielikumi. Darbā izmantoti 18 literatūras un informācijas avoti (tai skaitā divās svešvalodās).

The theme of the qualification work is “Reducing ergonomic risks in the construction industry’s company Ltd. “Moonfloor”. The author of the paper is Jānis Blūmentāls – a third course student in the first level higher professional education study program “Work Environmental Protection” in The Faculty of Chemistry of the University of Latvia. The goal of the qualification work is to look at the current market trends in the construction industry and in the working environment of the company Ltd. “Moonfloor”, to characterize the work protection system and the work environment in the construction company, to illustrate the commercial proposal of the construction services or the correlation of cost calculations with the expected ergonomic risks, to get acquainted with the available literature of Latvian or foreign authors, where the problems of ergonomics are researched and, based on the scientific literature, choose the proper research methods for the analysis of risks and to evaluate ergonomic risks for the employed masons, concrete workers and tilers in the construction company Ltd. “Moonfloor”. In the theoretical part of the research the author puts forward a hypothesis, that the employed masons, concrete workers and tilers of a dangerous industry in the construction company Ltd. “Moonfloor” are exposed to increased ergonomic risks. To ensure that the proposed hypothesis is truthful, in the empirical part of the qualification work, one quantitative NIOSH equation method and two qualitative methods KIM and QEC are used. For the processing of data electronic networks were used and a description of the research base was created. All three chosen methods were used for the assessment of the ergonomic risks of each occupation’s work places. In all cases each of the used methods showed one or more very high or moderate risks. That means, that in the course of the research, the proposed hypothesis has been confirmed. In the end of the qualification work are summed up conclusions, and in the context of the conclusions made in the course of the research propositions have been given for improving work environment’s ergonomics for the employed masons, concrete workers and tilers. Recommendations have been prepared in accordance to the scientific literature, examined in the theoretical part of the research. The volume of the paper is 66 pages (without appendixes), the work has 48 pictures, 3 tables, and 4 appendixes. In the paper 18 sources of information and literature (including in 2 foreign languages) are used.
