Abstract

Darba autore Jana Rudzroga. Kvalifikācijas darba nosaukums- SIA INSIGNIJA saimnieciskās darbības finanšu analīze un rezultātu invertējums. Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis: veikt SIA INSIGNIJA saimnieciskās darbības finanšu analīzi un noteikt finanšu palielināšanas iespējas. Darba mērķa sasniegšanai risināti šādi uzdevumi: 1) analizēt finanšu analīzes teorētiskos aspektus. 2) analizēt SIA INSIGNIJA saimniecisko darbību. 3) apkopojot pētījuma secinājumus, izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma finanšu palielināšanai. Kvalifikācijas darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā ir izpētīti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti. Otrajā nodaļā ir izpētīta SIA INSIGNIJA saimnieciskā darbība. Trešajā nodaļā ir izanalizēts SIA INSIGNIJA finanšu stāvoklis un noteiktas finanšu rezultātu uzlabošanas iespējas. Autore, apkopojot pētījuma rezultātus, secina, ka SIA INSIGNIJA saimnieciskajai darbībai ir vērojama tendence attīstīties. Uzņēmuma vadība pārdomāti veic līdzekļu ieguldījumus aktīvos, ievēro debitoru un kreditoru aprites izmaiņas un uz šo rādītāju rezultāta balsta savus nākotnes ilgtermiņa sadarbības un norēķinu mērķus. Uzņēmums saimnieciskās darbības laikā ir izveidojis arī stabilas un pozitīvas attiecības ar Finanšu kompānijām, kā A/S Swedbank Līzings, A/S Unicredit Līzings, A/S VFS Financial Service, ar kurām tiek dibinātas ilgtermiņa attiecības, un kuru finanšu speciālistu pavadībā tiek plānotas SIA INSIGNIJA turpmākās darbības uzņēmuma finansēšanā. Lai arī ir novērojama regularitāte resursu zaudējumos (laika apstākļi, darba spēks, materiālie un tehniskie zaudējumi), tomēr SIA INSIGNIJA vadība ir spējīga strādāt spriedzes apstākļos, koordinēt darba spēku maksimālu zaudējumu novēršanā un darbības noturēšanā, kā arī organizēt darba laika, plānot un paredzēt iespējamos riskus un to novēršanas pasākumus. The third chapter is analyzed SIA INSIGNIJA financial condition and certain financial performance improvement opportunities. Author, summarizing the results of the research, concludes that the business of SIA INSIGNIJA has a tendency to develop. The management of the company wisely carries out investing in assets, observes changes in the turnover of debtors and creditors and bases their long-term long-term cooperation and settlement goals on the outcome of these indicators. The company has also established stable and positive relations with financial companies, such as A / S Swedbank Līzings, A / S Unicredit Līzings, A / S VFS Financial Service, with which long-term relationships are established, and with which financial specialists are accompanied by SIA INSIGNIJA's future activities in financing the company.
