Atbalsta sistēmas veidošana pedagogiem pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē
Abstract
Maģistra darba “Atbalsta sistēmas veidošana pedagogiem pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē” mērķis ir izpētīt kā tiek veidota atbalsta sistēma pedagogiem pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Vispirms autore aplūko teorētisko literatūru, raksturo būtiskākos atbalsta sistēmas komponentus. Sevišķa vērība tiek pievērsta metodiskajam atbalstam, metodiskā darba norisei pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Darba gaitā tiek izstrādāta pētījuma metodoloģija (anketas, intervijas jautājumi), tiek veikts pētījums, analizēti iegūtie dati un izdarīti secinājumi. Izstrādāti priekšlikumi atbalsta sistēmas izveidei pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē. Darbs sastāv no 4 nodaļām un 16 apakšnodaļām. Autore secina, ka atbalsta sistēmas modeļa izveide būtu sarežģīts, laikietilpīgs process, tomēr vajadzīgs un noderīgs. Metodes: zinātniskās un speciālās literatūras analīze, aptaujas, intervijas. Master thesis “Creating a support system for teachers in pre-school education” objective is to study how the support system is being created for educators in pre-schools. First of all, the author looks at the scientific literature, describes the most important components of the support system. Particular attention is paid to methodological support, methodological work in the pre-school educational institution. In the course is being developed research methodology (surveys, interviews questions), the research is being carried out, data are analyzed and cocnclusions are done. To develop proposals for the creation of a support system at pre-schools. The structure: the work consists of 4 chapters and 16 subchapters. The author concludes that the support system is complicated, time-consuming process, however, is necessarry and useful. The methods: the analysis of scientific and specialty literature, the survey, the interviews.
