E-mācīšanās medicīnas darbinieku profesionālās pilnveides sekmēšanai

Abstract

Mūsdienās, kad tehnoloģijas stauji attīstās un to izmantošana ieet gandrīz ikviena dzivēarvien vairāk, ir svarīgi pielāgoties jaunai situācijai un piedāvāt risinājums atbilstoši situācijai. Izglītība ir viena no sabiedriebas pamatvajadzībām un e - mācīšanas ļauj iegūt izglītību neatkarīgi no laika un vietas, studentam ērtā un pieņemamā veidā. Galvenās e -mācīšanās funkcijas ir izglītoties visa mūža garumā un pilnveidot savas kompetences un zināšanas. Darba mērķis ir balstoties uz teorētisko avotu un esošās situācijas izpēti, izvērtēt medīcīnas darbinieku profesionālās pilnveides sekmēšanu ar E macīšanos palīdzību. Pētījumā izmantotas metodes ir teorētisko avotu analīze, 180 Latvijas ģimenes ārstu aptauja un ekspert viedokļi, kas tika saņemti ar daļēji strukturēto interviju palīdzību. Maģistra darbā tika analizēta pieaugušo mācīšanās īpatnības un e - mācīšanās pamatnostātņu raksturojums. Empīriskajā pētījumā tika pielietotas kombinētas metodes, kvatitatīvais un kvalitatīvais pētījums. Iegūtie pētījuma rezultāti ļauj izprast tālākizglītības un profesionālās pilnveides iespējas un vajadzības, kā arī atklāj e - mācīšanās iespējas un tālākizglītības sekmēšanas nosacījumus. Maģistra darba beigās ir uzstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi.

Nowadays, when technologies are constantly evolving and their use reaches almost every single person, it is important to adapt to the new situation and offer a solution according to the new age. Education is one of the basic needs of the society and e-learning enables to receive education regardless of time and place, in a convenient and acceptable way for the student. The main functions of e-learning are lifelong learning and the development of their competences and knowledge. The aim of the work is to analyse the theoretical sources and the study of the current situation, to evaluate the promotion of the professional development of medical staff with E learning tools and methods. The methods used in the master thesis are the analysis of theoretical sources, 180 opinion polls of family doctors in Latvia and expert opinions received through semi-structured interviews. The master's thesis analysed the peculiarities of adult learning and the characteristics of e-learning guidelines. In an empirical part used combined methods, quantitative and qualitative research. The results of the this work provide an understanding of the opportunities and needs of continuing education and professional development, as well as revealing e-learning opportunities and conditions for further education. Conclusions and suggestions are made in the end of masters thesis.
