Abstract

“Profesionālās vidusskolas pedagogu psihosociālie riska faktori un to mazināšanas pasākumi”. Darba autore: Liene Arnīte. Darba zinātniskā vadītāja: asoc. prof., Dr. med. Ženija Roja. Darbs izklāstīts uz 71 lpp., ietver 42 attēlus, 6 tabulas, 5 pielikumus, 38 informatīvos avotus. Pētījums sastāv no 4 daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir apkopota un analizēta informācija par psihosociālajiem riskiem, to cēloņiem un sekām, analizēti Latvijā veiktie pētījumi par pedagogu psihosociālajiem riskiem. Literatūras analīze uzrāda, ka pedagogu darbā sastopamie psihosociālo risku avoti ir meklējami darba vidē, sabiedrības, izglītojamo un pašu pedagogu attieksmē. Otrajā daļā aprakstītas pētījumā lietotās metodes. Trešajā daļā apkopoti pētījuma rezultāti, veikta to analīze. Ceturtajā daļā izstrādāti priekšlikumi un aizsardzības pasākumi. Pētījuma rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka profesionālās vidusskolas pedagogu galvenie psihosociālie riska cēloņi ir saistīti ar darba organizāciju, slodzi un tempu, kā rezultātā nodarbinātie cieš no stresa un izdegšanas sindroma. Izstrādātas praktiskās rekomendācijas profesionālajai vidusskolai. Izmantotās metodes: Maslačas emocionālās izdegšanas aptauja, Depresijas tests, T.Cox un A.Griffith tests stresoru apzināšanā darba vietā.

The thesis is set out on 71 pages, includes 42 images, 6 tables, 5 supplements, 38 informational sources. The study consists of 4 parts. The first part summarizes and analyses information about psychosocial risks, their causes and consequences, and analyses the research carried out in Latvia on the psychosocial risks of teachers. Literature analysis shows that the sources of psychosocial risks at teachers’ work are found in the work environment, in attitudes of society, students and teachers themselves. The second part describes the methods used in the study. On the third part the results of the study are summarized and analysed. Final, fourth part contains developed proposals and protective measures. The results of the study conclude that the main psychosocial risk factors of the vocational secondary schools teachers are related to the organization of work, workload and pace, which results in employees suffering from stress and burnout syndrome. Practical recommendations for vocational secondary school have been developed. Methods used: Maslach's emotional burnout survey, Depression test, T.Cox and A.Griffith test for the identification of stressors in the workplace.
