Abstract

Pēdējos gados šķeltnieciskās inovācijas jēdziens tiek izmantots arvien biežāk, taču tas tiek pārāk vispārināts un tā pamatprincipi asociēti ar nepareiziem piemēriem. Tāpēc maģistra darbs “Šķeltnieciskās inovācijas analīze. Savstarpējo aizdevumu platformas nozare Latvijā”, ir mēģinājums piedāvāt teorijas apkopojumu un galvenās pamatnostādnes. Maģistra darbs un tā pētījums tiek veikts jomā, kas ir pietiekami jauna, tāpēc šī darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz pieejamo teorētisko literatūru, padziļināt un paplašināt vispārējo izpratni par šķeltnieciskās inovācijas teoriju un noskaidrot, izmantojot autores septiņas pazīmes, vai savstarpējo aizdevumu platformas Latvijā – TWINO un Mintos – ir iespējams identificēt kā šķeltnieciskās inovācijas piemērus. Darbā izmantotas vispārpieņemtās kvalitatīvās pētniecības metodes, kas sastāv no zinātniskās literatūras analīzes, ekspertu intervijām, šķeltnieciskās inovācijas 7 pazīmju analīzes, kā arī statistiskās datu analīzes. Despite of disruptive innovations broad usage, the theory’s core concepts have been more and more often misunderstood and its basics associated with wrong business examples. Therefore, Master thesis “Analysis if disruptive innovation. Peer-to-peer lending sector in Latvia” is an attempt to provide a general theory’s summary and its basic tenets. Master thesis and its research is conducted and carried out in a field that is generally new. Therefore, the aim of this work is to deepen and broaden theory of disruptive innovation and, while applying author’s chosen seven signs of disruption, determine, if peer to peer lending platforms – TWINO and Mintos – can be identified as example of disruptive innovation. In order to conduct the research, author uses generally accepted qualitative research methods, consisting of analysis of scientific literature, expert interviews, disruptive innovation 7 characteristics analysis, and statistical analysis of data.
