Kosmētikas zīmolu atpazīstamība un auditorijas attieksme: "Bioderma", "Vichy", "Eucerin" gadījums

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Kosmētikas zīmolu atpazīstamība un auditorijas attieksme: “Bioderma”, “Vichy”, “ Eucerin” gadījums”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot cik informēta ir Latvijas sabiedrība par aptiekās pieejamo kosmētiku zīmoliem – “Bioderma”, “Vichy”, “Eucerin”, kā arī uzzināt, kāpēc patērētājs izvēlas konkrēto produktu, jo konkurence mūsdienu tirgū ir ļoti liela un tā tikai palielinās. Teorētiskajā daļā tiek apskatītas teorijas par zīmola raksturojumu, zīmola funkcijām, zīmola klasifikācijām, patērētāja uzvedību, attieksmi, un integrēto mārketinga komunikāciju. Bakalaura darbā secināts, ka patērētājs koncentrējas uz zīmola kvalitāti, tā reklāmu un kā zīmols sevi pasniedz plašākai auditorijai. Kā arī, jo aktīvāk zīmols strādā ar mārketinga aktivitātēm un instrumentiem, jo pamanāmāks un atpazīstamāks tas paliek, tas skaidri iezīmējas pētījumā par šiem trīs zīmoliem. The Bachelor's thesis “Cosmetic brand awareness and consumer attitude: the case of “Bioderma”, “Vichy”, “Eucerin”. The aim of the work is how informed is Latvian costumers aboaut cosmetic products wich they consumed, and also find out why they choose those cosmetic products – “Bioderma”, “Vichy”, “Eucerin”, not the other ones, because competition between them are very big. The theoretical part views brand meaning, functions, classification and also about what is the consumer behaviour and the last one about marketing comunication. The Bachelor's paper concludes that the consumer focuses on brand quality, advertising, and how the brand presents itself to a bigger audience. As well as the more active the brand is with marketing activities, the more prominent and recognizable it remains, it clearly stands out in the study of these three brands.
