Hidroksilapatītu analītiskās raksturošanas metožu izstrāde. Grebņevs V., zinātniskais vadītājs Dr. chem., prof. Vīksna A. Bakalaura darbs, 100 lappuses, 24 attēli, 59 tabulas, 79 literatūras avoti, 12 pielikumi. Grebnevs V., scientific supervisor Dr. chem., prof. Viksna A. Bachelor thesis, 100 pages, 24 figures, 59 tables, 79 literature references, 12 attachments. In Latvian. In this work information about hydroxyapatite properties, classification, synthesis and possibilities of use as well as about potential classical and modern analytical methods for calcium and phosphorous quantification in hydroxyapatites has been collected and studied. Quantitative determination of calcium and phosphorous in a sample of hydroxyapatite produced by Cambioceramics was performed. Both elements were determined by gravimetry, photometry, wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry, inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry and total refrection X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. Flame atomic absorption spectrometry and titrimetry also were selected for calcium quantification. Water content was determined thermogravimetrically. Hydroxyapatite sample dissolution process has been studied in detail. Calcium and phosphorus determination problems using total reflection X-ray spectrometry have been studied and solved. Potential of selected analytical quantification methods in routine hydroxyapatite analyses was estimated.
