Skolotāju aizvietošana to prombūtnes laikā

Abstract

Skolotāju prombūtne Latvijas skolās ir sastopama bieži, tomēr rīcībai tās gadījumā, pēc autores domām, netiek pievērsta atbilstoša atbildīgo iestāžu uzmanība. Līdz ar to šī maģistra darba mērķis ir pierādīt, ka šī brīža skolotāju aizvietošanas procesa organizēšanai Latvijā ir vairāki trūkumi, un noskaidrot, vai Latvijā būtu lietderīgi attīstīt skolotāju-aizstājēju darbību, kā arī apzināt priekšnoteikumus šādas iniciatīvas īstenošanai. Darba ietvaros tika izpētīta atbilstoša teorētiskā literatūra, veikts apkopojums par skolotāju prombūtni vienā Rīgas vidusskolā, izveidotas divas aptaujas skolu pārstāvju un skolotāju viedokļa noskaidrošanai, analizēti iegūtie dati un izstrādāti ieteikumi. Pētījuma rezultāti pierāda trūkumu esamību un atklāj, ka skolu pārstāvji un skolotāji pozitīvi novērtētu skolotāju-aizstājēju sistēmas ieviešanu valstī.

The absence of teachers in schools is common in Latvia, but, in the opinion of the author, the responsible institutions do not pay enough attention to this matter. The aim of this paper is to prove that there are several shortcomings in organizing the process of replacing teachers in Latvia and to find out if it would be useful to develop the activities of substitute teachers in Latvia and to identify the preconditions for such initiatives. Within the framework of the work the relevant theoretical literature was studied, the compilation of the absence of teachers in one Riga high school was carried out, two questionnaires were made to find out opinions of teachers and school representatives in Latvia, collected data analyzed and recommendations elaborated. The results of this research demonstrate the existence of deficiencies and reveal that school representatives and teachers would appreciate system of substitute teachers in the country.
