Mentora atbalsts jauno pirmsskolas skolotāju adaptācijas procesā

Abstract

Diemžēl daudzi no jaunajiem skolotājiem nespēj atrisināt problēmas, kas radušās adaptācijas periodā, līdz ar to izvēlas vieglāko ceļu – pamest darbu. Visbiežāk šī problēma saskatāma pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēs. Maģistra darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kādu atbalstu sniedz mentors un kādas ir vajadzības jaunajiem pirmsskolas skolotājiem adaptācijas procesā, anketējot pirmsskolas skolotājus, mentorus, un intervējot izglītības iestādes vadītājus. Balstoties uz sniegtajiem rezultātiem, tika izveidots atbalsta materiālu vadlīnijas jaunajiem pirmsskolas skolotājiem, ņemot vērā viņu vajadzības, grūtības un mentoru sniegto atbalstu.Unfortunately, many novice teachers are not able to solve the problems that arose during the adaptation period, hence the easiest way - to leave work. Most often, this problem can be seen in pre-school education institutions. The aim of the Master's Thesis is to find out the support provided by the mentor and what is needed for novice pre-school teachers in the process of adaptation by questioning pre-school teachers, mentors and interviewing heads of educational institutions. Based on the results, a support material guidelines was created for novice pre-school mentors, taking into account their needs, difficulties and mentor support.
