Abstract

Ķīmisko elementu saturs zivju konservos. Ērgle R., zinātniskais vadītājs Dr. ķīm. Rudoviča V. Bakalaura darbs, 42 lappuses, 16 attēli, 8 tabulas, 65 literatūras avoti, 9 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā. Bakalaura darba ietvaros tika apkopota un izvērtēta zinātniskā un mācību literatūra par ķīmisko elementu saturu zivju konservos, konservu iepakojuma veidiem un ķīmisko elementu šķīšanu konservētā ēdienā. Paraugu sagatavošanā izmantota mineralizācija mikroviļņu enerģijas tehnikā. Ķīmisko elementu (Pb, Fe, Sn, Al, Cd, Cu, As un Hg) saturs Latvijā ražotos zivju konservos kvantitatīvi noteikts ar divām instrumentālām analīzes metodēm – induktīvi saistītās plazmas masspektrometriju un elektrotermālo atomabsorbciometriju. Tika novērtēts, vai iegūtās masas daļas nepārsniedz Eiropas Savienības vai Latvijas Republikas Ministru Kabineta regulās noteiktās koncentrācijas pārtikas produktos. As part of the bachelor thesis, scientific and educational literature on the content of chemical elements in canned fish, can packaging types and chemical elements migration into canned food was collected and evaluated. Microwave heating techique has been used in the preparation of samples. The content of chemical elements (Pb, Fe, Sn, Al, Cd, Cu, As un Hg) in Latvian produced canned fishes was quantified with two instrumental analysis methods: inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry and electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry. It was assessed whether the content of chemicals do not exceed the concentrations specified in foodstuff by the Regulations of Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia or the European Union.
