Fiziskie un kognitīvie riski gaisa kuģa salona apkalpes locekļiem un preventīvie pasākumi

Pirmajā daļā apkopota un analizēta literatūra par gaisa kuģa salona apkalpes locekļu profesiju, kā arī fiziskajiem un kognitīvajiem riskiem un to ietekmi uz cilvēku. Otrajā daļā aprakstītas pētījumā pielietotās metodes, trešajā daļā tiek apkopoti pētījumā iegūtie dati un izklāstīta rezultātu analīze. Izstrādāti preventīvie un aizsardzības pasākumi. Iegūtie pētījuma rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka gaisa kuģa salona apkalpes locekļi vispārējam riku novērtējumam ir pakļauti nenozīmīgam riskam (I pakāpe). Gaisa kuģa salona apkalpes locekļiem ir dažāda darba intensitāte, kas raksturo arī mainīgo nogurumu un psihoemocionālo stāvokli. Izstrādātas praktiskās rekomendācijas. Izmantotās metodes: darbinieku aptaujas anketas, SGR-B metode, RULA metode, ĀEK, NASA-TLX indekss. The first part focuses on gathered and analysed literature about physical and cognitive risks and their affect on cabin crew members and their affect to human. The second part consists of review of research methods, in the third part is discussed the results. The findings of study indicates that the cabin crew members are exposed to negligible risk (Grade I) for the overall risk assessment. Cabin crew members daily have diffrent work intensity, which also characterize changing fatigue and psycho-emotional state. Practical recommendations and preventive measures have been developed. Used methods: survey, key indicator method – B, RULA method, QEC method, NASA-TLX task load index.
