Pagaidu traheostomas aprūpes problēmas

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – pagaidu traheostomas aprūpes problēmas. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka vienotu klīnisko vadlīniju neesamība un literatūrā dokumentēta aprūpes metožu un iznākumu, tajā skaitā komplikāciju, variabilitāte. Darba mērķis un pētniecības jautājums ir, veicot medicīnas darbinieku interviju, apzināt, kādas ir būtiskākās aprūpes problēmas pacientiem ar pagaidu traheostomu intensīvās terapijas nodaļā. Pētniecības uzdevumi sevī ietver V. Hendersones teorijas analīzi, ar traheostomu aprūpi saistītas literatūras analīzi, pētniecības instrumenta – daļēji strukturētas intervijas izstrādi, respondentu intervēšanu, kā arī iegūto datu apkopošanu un analīzi. Pētniecības instruments ir daļēji strukturēta intervija. Aprūpes procesā potenciālas problēmas atklājās traheostomas sekrēta atsūkšanas ilgumā, kas respondentu starpā bija ļoti variabls, kā arī ādas aprūpē ap traheostomu. Bachelors’ thesis topic – challenges in temporary tracheostomy care. The importance of this topic is determined by the lack of uniform clinical guidelines and the documented variability of methods and outcome of care, including complications, for tracheostomised patients. The aim and research issue of the work is to identify the most important challenges in temporary tracheostomy care, which was done by interviewing medical staff in a single intensive care unit. The research tasks include the analysis of V. Hendersons’ nursing theory and subsequent analysis of literature pertaining to tracheostomy care. Development of a research tool – a semi-structured interview and interviewing medical personell, following which data pooling and analysis was done.The research tool is a semi-structured interview. The identified challenges in tracheostomy care were the variable length of tracheal secretion suction between the respondents, as well as the care of skin in the tracheostomy region.
