Eiropas kredītsistēmas ieviešanas radītās pārmaiņas kā pedagoģiskā inovācija profesionālās izglītības kompetences centrā X

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma „Eiropas kredītsistēmas ieviešanas radītās pārmaiņas kā pedagoģiskā inovācija profesionālās izglītības kompetences centrā X” tika izvēlēta, jo Latvijā nav veikti mērķtiecīgi pētījumi pedagoģijā par Eiropas kredītsistēmas profesionālajā izglītībā ieviešanu. Maģistra darba pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt pārmaiņas kā pedagoģiskās inovācijas Eiropas kredītsistēmas ieviešanas gaitā profesionālās izglītības kompetences centrā (PIKC) X. Tika definēti uzdevumi – analizēt literatūru un informācijas avotus par profesionālās izglītības organizatoriskajām pārmaiņām Latvijā; raksturot pedagoģiskās inovācijas; veikt empīrisku pētījumu un noteikt, kādas pārmaiņas kā pedagoģiskās inovācijas radījusi Eiropas kredītsistēmas ieviešana PIKC X; apkopot rezultātus un izstrādāt ieteikumus pedagogiem un skolas vadībai inovāciju ieviešanai.

Master’s thesis „Pedagogical innovation in the Vocational Education Competence Centre X Generated by the Implementation of European Credit System”, was chosen because in Latvia no purposeful research in pedagogy regarding on the introduction of the European credit system in vocational education. The aim of the Master's thesis research is to investigate changes as pedagogical innovations in the implementation of the European credit system at Vocational Education Competence Center (VECC) X. The tasks were defined - to analyze literature and sources of information on organizational changes in vocational education in Latvia; to describe pedagogical innovations; to carry out an empirical study and to identify the changes that are created as pedagogical innovations by the of the European credit system into VECC X; to summarize results and develop recommendations and make recommendations for teachers and school leadership to implement innovations.
