Abstract

Psihosociālie riski nekustamo īpašumu pārvaldīšanas nozarē strādājošiem un preventīvie pasākumi. Pērkone B., zinātniskā vadītāja asociētā profesore, Dr. med. Roja Ž. Maģistra darbs, 54 lappuses, 25 attēli, 8 tabulas, 53 literatūras avoti, 19 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā. Maģistra darbs izstrādāts ar mērķi analizēt psihosociālos riskus nekustamo īpašumu pārvaldīšanas nozarē strādājošajiem un to ietekmi uz strādājošo darbspējām. Darbs sastāv no četrām daļām, secinājumiem un praktiskajām rekomendācijām. Pirmajā daļā tiek analizēta literatūra par psihosociālajiem riskiem nodarbinātajiem. Otrajā daļā tiek aprakstītas darbā izmantotās metodes. Trešajā daļā tiek analizēti iegūtie rezultāti no darbā izmantotajām metodēm. Ceturtajā daļā tiek izstrādāti preventīvie un aizsardzības pasākumi. Iegūtie rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka psihosociālie riski būtiski neietekmē nekustamo īpašumu pārvaldīšanas nozarē strādājošo darbspējas. This Master thesis was written with the aim to analyse psychosocial risks for the workers in real estate management sector and to study how these risks influence their work capacity. The thesis includes four parts, conclusion and practical recommendations. In the first part, literature about psychosocial risks of workers is analysed. The second part describes the methods used in the research. The third part analyses the results obtained using the research methods. The fourth part proposes preventive and labor protection measures. The obtained results lead to conclusion that psyhosocial risks do not significantly affect the capacity of workers in real estate management sector.
