Abstract

“LEAN integrācija darba vides risku vadībā kokapstrādes nozarē”. Darba autore: Agnese Stepanova. Darba vadītājs: Dr.sc.admin. Henrijs Kaļķis. Darbs izklāstīts uz 80 lapas, iever 37 attēlus, 8 tabulas, 16 pielikumus un 38 avotus. Maģistra darba mērķis ir pētīt darba vides riskus kokapstrādes nozares uzņēmumā un pielietot LEAN metodes darba vides risku novēršanā vai samazināšanā. Maģistra darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā ir ietverti darba vides iekšējās uzraudzības teorētiskie un organizatoriskie aspekti, analizēti būtiskākie darba vides riski kokapstrādes nozarē un to ietekme uz strādājošajiem, LEAN pieejas skaidrojums, kā arī LEAN metožu pielietošana darba aizsardzības jomā. Otrajā nodaļā ir aprakstītas pētījumā izmantotās metodes. Trešajā nodaļā ir analizēti un apkopoti pētāmā uzņēmuma darba vides risku novērtējuma rezultāti. Ceturtajā nodaļā ir sniegtas praktiskās rekomendācijas pētāmā kokapstrādes uzņēmuma darba aizsardzības sistēmas organizācijas efektivitātes palielināšanai integrējot LEAN metodes. Darba noslēgumā ir apkopoti secinājumi un sniegtas praktiskās rekomendācijas. Pētījumā gūtās atziņas ļauj secināt, ka integrējot LEAN metodes darba aizsardzības sistēmā ir iespējams uzlabot darba vides iekšējās uzraudzības procesu, samazināt nozarei raksturīgo risku ietekmes pakāpi, kā arī palielināt kontroli par tiem, nodrošinot darbiniekiem drošus un veselībai nekaitīgus darba apstākļus, turklāt uzlabojot organizācijas kopējo sniegumu. Izmantotās metodes: darbinieku aptauja, Somijas 5 baļļu matrica un tās modifikācijas, Latvijas metode ķīmisko risku novērtēšanai, slodzes galveno rādītāju metode, ergonomisko risku ātrā ekspozīcijas kontroles metode, NIOSH vienādojums, psiholoģiskā klimata darba vidē novērtēšanas metode, darbspēju indeksa noteikšanas metode.

The thesis consists of 80 page, 41 images, 8 graphs, 16 attachments and 38 sources. The goal of the master thesis is to research the working environment risks in woodwork company and use the methods of LEAN to prevent and reduce working environment risks. The master thesis consists of four parts. The firsts part includes inner monitoring of theoretical and organizational aspects of working environment, analyses the mosts essential risks of woodworking industry and the influence on the workers, the explanation of LEAN approach is given, as well as the usage of LEAN methods in labour protection field. The second part looks at the methods used in the research. The third part analyses and summarises the evaluation results of the working environment risks in the company under research. The fourth part presents practical recommendations for the woodworking company in order to increase the efficiency of system organization in labour protection, introducing LEAN methods. The thesis is summarized by conclusions and practical recommendations are presented. The conclusions of the thesis displays that LEAN method integration in the labour protection system can improve the process of supervision in working environment, can reduce the typical risk of influence rate , as well as increase control over the risks by providing safe and healthy working conditions, and in addition improve the general performance of the company. Applied methods: surveys of workers, 5 rate matrix of Finland and its modifications, chemical risk evaluation of Latvia, the method of load main indicators, the method of quick exposition of ergonomic risks, NIOSH equation, the method of psychological clima evaluation in working environment, the method of work capacity index definition.
