Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Darbinieku iesaistīšanās starptautiskās organizācijās (Aviācijas Industrija)”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir analizēt, kuri no virzītājspēkiem atstāj lielāku ietekmi uz darbinieku iesaistīšanos lidmašīnu salona apkalpes locekļu vidū. Darba saturs is sadalīts trīs daļās. The theme of the Bachelor thesis is ‘’The Employee Engagement in International Organizations (Airline Industry)’’. The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to analyse which key drivers have a more significant impact on employee engagement among cabin crew. The content within the thesis is divided into three parts. First it provides a theoretical background with proposed definitions and theories of employee engagement and the key determinants of positive employee engagement. The second part of the paper is the analysis of the employee engagement impact on job performance, it consists of investigation of the Aon Hewitt engagement model, exploration of a method of increasing employee engagement employed by Air Baltic Airlines and analysis of key drivers of employee engagement in different airlines including the Emirates Airlines. The final part of the paper is an empirical research that provides a quantitative analysis of the impact of 7 key drivers of employee engagement that were derived by several researchers.
