Abstract

Latvijas Nacionālajā attīstības plānā paredzētais ekonomiskais izrāviens ir grūti īstenojams bez izcilas izglītības sistēmas un tās sasniegumiem. Latvijā izglītības sistēmas galvenie elementi ir izglītības iestādes. Skolu vadības komandu loma ir būtiska, lai Latvijā tiktu efektīvi ieviests kompetencēs balstīts mācību saturs jeb izglītības reforma, ko pazīstam ar saīsinājumu – Skola2030. Autors darbā analizē izglītības iestādes vadības komandas sastāvu, vadības komandā nepieciešamās kompetences un aplūko novērtēšanas procesu. Maģistra darba „Izglītības iestādes vadības komanda – sastāvs, kompetences, novērtēšana” mērķis ir analizēt skolas vadības komandas lomu skolas attīstībā un noskaidrot tai minimāli nepieciešamo kompetenču apjomu. Economic growth expected by Latvian National Development Plan is difficult to realize without an excellent education system and its achievements. In Latvia, the main elements of the education system are educational institutions. The role of educational institution management teams is crucial in order to successfully implement competence-based curriculum or education reform, known as Skola2030. The author analyzes the composition of the management team of the educational institution, the competencies required in the management team and examines the evaluation process. The aim of master thesis „Educational institution management team - composition, competencies, evaluation” is to analyze the role of the school management team in school development and to identify the minimum competencies required in the team. Object of the research is educational institutions. Subject of the research: competencies of management team and evaluation.
