Darba mērķis: Teorētiski pamatot un empīriski pētīt faktorus, kas ietekmē bērnu radošumu pedagoģiskajā procesā sākumskolā. Pētījuma jautājumi: 1.Kas ir radošums un kā tas izpaužas jaunākajā skolas vecumposmā? 2.Ar kādiem pedagoģiskajiem paņēmieniem var sekmēt radošuma attīstību? 3.Kādi ir skolās strādājošo pedagogu uzskati par radošuma attīstību izglītības iestādē? Darbā apkopota informācija par radošuma attīstību sākumskolā, skolotāju uzskatiem par radošumu un pedagoģiskās darbības stiliem. Pētījumā tika pielietota teorētiskā metode (literatūras analīze) un empīriskās metodes – skolotāju aptaujas un intervijas. Atslēgvārdi: radošums, sākumskola, pedagoģiskais process.
