Abstract

“Nelaimes gadījumu izmeklēšanas kārtība darba drošības kultūras uzlabošanai būvniecības materiālu ražošanas nozarē ”. Maģistra darba autors Jeļena Circene. Darba zinātniskais vadītājs: Dr. ķīm. Ingars Reinholds. Maģistra darbs izklāstīts uz 84 lpp., ietver 22 attēlus, 11 tabulas, 2 pielikumus, 51 bibliogrāfiskos avotus. Darbs izstrādāts latviešu valodā. Maģistra darba ietvaros, autore pēta darba nelaimes gadījumu izmeklēšanas kārtības ietekmi uz darba drošības kultūru būvniecības materiālu ražošanas nozarē. Pētījums sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pētījuma pirmajā daļā ir veikta literatūras apkopošana un analīze par nelaimes gadījumu izmeklēšanas metodēm, organizācijas drošības kultūru, kā arī to mijiedarbību. Otrajā pētījumu daļā ir aprakstītas darbā pielietotās pētījumu metodes. Trešajā daļā autore apkopo un analizē veiktā pētījuma rezultātus. Ceturtajā pētījumu daļā ir izstrādātas praktiskas rekomendācijas un ieteikumi nelaimes gadījumu izmeklēšanas veikšanai. Iegūtie rezultāti ļauj izdarīt secinājumus, ka atbilstoši veikta izmeklēšana, skaidra lomu un atbildības sadalīšana, vadības redzamā iesaiste un atbildība izmeklēšanas laikā un rīcībā pēc tās, var paaugstināt uzņēmuma drošības kultūru. Pētījumā pielietotās metodes: nodarbināto intervija, nodarbināto aptauja, dokumentu pētīšana un tiešā procesa novērošana. "Occupational Incidents Investigation Routine for Improving Occupational Safety Culture in the Construction Materials Production Sector". Author of Master Thesis Jelena Circene. Scientific advisor: Dr. Chem. Ingars Reinholds. The Master's Thesis is written on 84 pages, includes 22 figures, 11 tables, 2 appendices, 51 bibliographical sources. The Master Thesis is written in Latvian. Within the scope of the Master Thesis, the author studies the impact of occupational accident investigation routine on occupational safety culture within construction material production industry. The research consists of four chapters. Summary and analysis of literature sources on methods of occupational incident investigation, safety culture as well as their interaction is performed within the first chapter. The second part of the research describes the research methods used within the scope of Master Thesis. Analysis and summary of the research is presented within the third chapter. Whereas the forth chapter gives practical recommendations and advice on occupational incident investigation. The obtained results leads to the conclusion, that properly performed investigation, clear allocation of roles and responsibilities, visibly felt involvement and managerial responsibility during and after the investigation can improve safety culture of the organization. Research methods used: interview of employees, questionnaire of employees, document research and direct process observation.
