Ergonomiskie riski un nodarbināto produktivitāte biroja darbiniekiem, preventīvie risinājumi

Abstract

Maģistra darbā ir pētīta ergonomisko un citu biežāko risku ietekme uz biroja darbinieku produktivitāti attiecīgajās darba vietās, pielietojot puskvantitatīvos un kvalitatīvos novērtējumus. Ir izstrādāti preventīvie risinājumi ergonomisko risku mazināšanai un novēršanai, kā arī produktivitātes veicināšanai strādājošajiem, kas ikdienā strādā birojā.

In this Master’s Thesis a research was conducted on the impact of ergonomic and other type of common risks related to the productivity of office employees at their work place by using semi-quantitative and qualitative assessments. There were developed solutions for reduction and prevention of the ergonomic risks, as well as suggestions for advancing productivity of the employees, whose daily work is related to the office environment.
