Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Ilgtspējīga pārtikas patēriņa paradumi un to ietekmējošie faktori jauniešu auditorijā”. Tēmas atklāšanai, izpratnei, sasniegšanai izvirzīts mērķis bija noskaidrot, kādi ir jauniešu ilgtspējīga pārtikas patēriņa paradumi, un kādi faktori to ietekmē. Darba teorētiskajā daļā tika apskatīta teorija par ilgtspējīgu pārtikas patēriņu, apskatot jēdzienu “ilgtspējīga attīstība”, “ilgtspējīgs pārtikas patēriņš” un “ilgtspējīgs patēriņš”. Teorētiskajā daļā tika ietverta arī informācija par ietekmējošo komunikāciju, lēmuma un rīcības teoriju un procesu, kas ietekmē patērētāju lēmumu, kā nonāk līdz rīcībai. Darba metodoloģijā tika aprakstītas darba pētnieciskajā daļā izmantotās metodes: daļēji strukturētas intervijas, fokusgrupa un aptauja. Tika aprakstīts pētījuma dizains. Pētījuma daļā tika aprakstīta autora pētījuma rezultāti un veikta to analīze. Atslēgas vārdi: ilgtspējīgs pārtikas patēriņš, ietekmējošā komunikācija, rīcības un lēmuma process, ilgtspējīga pārtika. The subject of the bachelor's work is “The habits of sustainable consumption and factors influencing the youth audience”. The goal of the work is to find what are the habits of sustainable food consumption among the youth and what factors it depends on. In the theoretical part of work, the theory of sustainable food consumption was viewed from aspects of “sustainable development”, “sustainable food consumption” and “sustainable consumption”. The information on influencing communication, the theory on the decision, and the process of action that is influencing consumer decision, how it is leading to action, was also included in the theoretical part. The methods used in the research were used in the methodology of work: partly structured interviews, focus group, and the survey. The design of the research was described. The results of an author's research and their analysis were described in the research.
