dc.description.abstract	Darba literatūras apskata daļā ir apkopota informācija par klasiskām (divelektronu) un modernām (radikāļu) ketonu sintēzes metodēm. Darba vispārīgajā un eksperimentālajā daļā aprakstītas gunilaktāma dabas vielas konstruēšanai nepieciešamie būvbloku sintēzes un tā sašušānas metodes. Tika aprakstīta sintēžu gaita, galvenās problēmas un to risinājumi, lai sasniegtu vajadzīgos rezultātus.
dc.description.abstract	The literature review of thesis contains information about classic (two electron) and modern (radical) synthesis of ketones by coupling method. Synthesis and coupling of building blocks of gunnilactam were described in the experimental part. The chemical synthesis and difficulties encountered during it are discussed.
