Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba tēma „Individuālo aizsardzības līdzekļu izvēles kritēriji un to nozīme darba vides risku mazināšanā Viļakas sociālās aprūpes centrā”, darba autore Līna Barovska, darba vadītāja Mg. sc.; Mg. oec. Iveta Daugule. Pasaulē un arī Latvijā valdošās situācijas dēļ, saistībā ar Covid-19 vīrusa izplatību, šī tēma ir ļoti aktuāla, jo IAL piedāvājuma klāsts ir palielinājies un izstrādātas dažādas tehnoloģijas, ko pielieto IAL ražošanā. Ir svarīgi apzināt situāciju, izprast IAL nozīmīgumu un piemērotību attiecīgam darbam, kā arī pētīt IAL kvalitātes standartus, lai neradītu veselības apdraudējumu darbiniekiem un radītu visefektīvāko iespējamo drošību. Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis: izzinot darba vides riska faktorus Viļakas sociālās aprūpes centrā, izvēlēties atbilstošus darba specifikai piemērotus IAL, to mazināšanai. Kvalifikācijas darba uzdevumi: -Iepazīties ar Viļakas sociālās aprūpes centru un tā darbību. -Pētīt darba aizsardzības sistēmu iestādē un tās atbilstību Latvijas Republikas normatīvajiem aktiem. -Pētīt iestādē pielietotos IAL, to atbilstību un izvēles kritērijus. -Analizēt un izstrādāt ieteikumus IAL izvēlei iestādes vajadzībām. Kvalifikācijas darbā izmantotās metodes: pētnieciskā - literatūras un interneta resursu pētīšana un analizēšana; empīriskā – Somijas 5 ballu metode, anketēšana, statistikas apkopošana, situācijas analīze. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām, 54 lapām, 9 tabulām, 22 attēla, 26 literatūras avotiem, 4 pielikumiem. The theme of the qualification work “Criteria for the selection of personal protective equipment and their role in reducing risks to the working environment in Vilaka Social Care Centre”. The author of the work is Lina Barovska, the superviser is mag.oec. Iveta Daugule. Due to the situation in the world and also in Latvia, in relation to the spread of the Covid-19 virus, this topic is very important as the range of PPE supply has increased and the various technologies applied to the production of PPE have been developed. It is important to identify the situation, to understand the relevance and appropriateness of PPE for the work and to study the quality standards of PPE in order not to pose a health risk to workers and to create the most effective safety possible. The aim of the qualification work is to select appropriate PPE for the specific nature of the work, by identifying the risk factors for the working environment in the Viļaka social care centre. The tasks of qualification work: - to get acquainted with Viļaka social care centre and its daily work. - to examine the work protection system in the institution and the compliance with the regulations of the Republic of Latvia. - to explore the PPE used in the establishment, their conformity and selection criteria. - to analise and work out recommendations for the selection of PPE for the purposes of the institution. Methods used in the qualification work: the research method – the research and analysis of literature and internet resources; empirical - Finnish 5 point method, a questionaire, statistical compilation, the analysis of the situation. The work consists of 3 chapters, 54 pages, 26 literature sources, 9 tables , 22 pictures, 4 attachments.
