Abstract

Darba otrajā nodaļā ir atspoguļoti praktiskā pētījuma rezultāti par PII pieejamajiem resursiem. Tika pētītas trīs novadu 7 PII. Gan aptaujas rezultāti, gan interviju analīze norāda, ka nepieciešamie resursi ir pietiekami, lai kvalitatīvi varētu realizēt jauno kompetenču saturu. Tomēr vēl nepieciešams uzlabot atbalsta personāla nodrošinājumu un piesaistīt finanšu resursus āra vides pilnveidošanai. Pētījuma metodes: teorētiskā un empīriskā izpētes

Content: In the first part of the study it is possible to learn about pre-primary school management’s theorectical aspects. In the second part of the study it is possible to find out about the results of practical work. Information were gathered from seven pre-primary schools in three different municipalities. Survey results and analysis of the interviews show that resources are sufficient in order to perform content of new competencies. There is still a need for team of support staff, as well as financial funding for improvement of outdoor environment. Research methods: theoretical and practical – survey and interview.
