Bakalaura darbs “Globālās COVID-19 pandēmijas ietekme uz pārtikas patēriņa uzvedību” izstrādāts ar mērķi saprast esošo situāciju ar mainīgajām pārtikas patēriņa tendencēm, uzvedību un COVID-19 ietekmējošajiem faktoriem Bakalaura darbs sastāv no teorētiskās literatūras apkopojuma, apraksta par pārtikas patēriņu, patērētāja uzvedību un tendencēm, kā arī izmantojamās metodes anketēšanas procesam, veiksmīgai datu analīzei un apstrādei. Sekojošajā darba daļā apskatīta COVID-19 ietekme uz pārtikas patēriņa uzvedību Latvijā un daļā pasaules valstīs. Darba empīriskajā daļā veikta anketēšana ar nolūku analizēt Latvijas pārtikas patēriņa uzvedību un tā tendences. Darba izstrādes procesā secināts, ka patēriņa un patērētāja uzvedības ir līdzvērtīgi saistītas, kā arī patēriņa tendences COVID-19 ietekmē virzās veselīguma un digitalizācijas virzienos. The aim of the bachelor thesis “Impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic on food consumption behaviour” is to understand the current situation with changing food consumption trends, behaviour and factors affecting COVID-19. The work of the bachelor consists of a summary of theoretical literature, a description of food consumption, consumer behaviour and trends, and the methods to be used for the survey process, for the successful analysis and processing of data. The following part of the work looks at effects of COVID-19 on food consumption behaviour in Latvia and parts of the world. The empirical part of the work carried out a survey with a view to analysing the behaviour of Latvian food consumption and its trends. The work-development process concludes that consumption and consumer behaviour are equally related, as well as consumption trends by COVID-19 are moving in health and digital related directions.
