Abstract

Psihosociālie faktori tīro telpu darba vidē strādājošajiem Covid-19 infekcijas laikā. Darba autore: Ilze Kaugija. Darba zinātniskais vadītājs: Dr.ķīm. Ingars Reinholds. Darbs uzrakstīts uz 75 lpp., 23 ietver attēlus, 12 tabulas, 75 informatīvos avotus. Pētījuma tēzes sastāv no 4 daļām. Pirmā daļa ietver literatūras analīzi par tīrajām telpām, psihosociālajiem riska faktoriem, saslimšanām un attiecīgajiem normatīvajiem aktiem un Covid-19 pandēmijas ietekmi uz darba vidi. Otrajā daļā aprakstītas pētījumā izmantotās metodes: psiholoģiskā klimata darba vidē novērtēšanas metode, Cox un A. Griffith tests, K. Maslačas emocionālās izdegšanas aptauja, depresijas tests un Č.D. Spīlbergera trauksmes aptauja. Trešajā daļā apkopoti iegūtie dati un to analīze. Ceturtajā daļā izstrādāti preventīvie un veselību veicinošie pasākumi.

The work is written on 75 pages, includes 23 figures, 12 tables, 75 information sources. The thesis consists of 4 parts. The first part includes an analysis of the literature about cleanrooms, psychosocial risk factors, occupational diseases and relevant legislation and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the working environment. The second part describes the methods used in the study: the method of assessing the psychological climate in the work environment, the Cox and A. Griffith test, the K. Maslach emotional burnout survey, the depression test and the C. Spielberger anxiety survey. The third part summarizes the obtained data and analysis. The fourth part develops preventive and health-promoting measures.
