Studiju kursa ''Neatliekamā medicīniskā palīdzība'' studiju rezultātu salīdzinājums koledžās veselības aprūpes programmā ''Ārstnieciskā masāža''

Abstract

Maģistra darbs “Studiju kursa “Neatliekamā medicīniskā palīdzība” studiju rezultātu salīdzinājums koledžās veselības aprūpes programmā “Ārstnieciskā masāža” satur 96 lpp., tas ietver 27 tabulas, 5 attēlus, 76 bibliogrāfisko atsauču vienības. Maģistra darba temats: studiju kursa “Neatliekamā medicīniskā palīdzība” studiju rezultātu salīdzinājums koledžās veselības aprūpes programmā “Ārstnieciskā masāža” Problēmas raksturojums: studiju kursa “Neatliekamā medicīniskā palīdzība” teorētiskā bāze un iegūtās kompetences medicīnas un veselības aprūpes koledžās nav strikti reglamentētas, kursa saturs un tēmas mēdz atšķirties katrā mācību iestādē, līdz ar to nav vienotas akadēmiskās pieejas šī priekšmeta pasniegšanā un apguvē. Darba mērķis: salīdzinoši izpētīt studiju kursa “Neatliekamā medicīniskā palīdzība” saturu, studiju rezultātus un apguves prasības veselības aprūpes programmā “Ārstnieciskā masāža”. Pētījuma jautājums: Ko nepieciešams mainīt studiju kursa “Neatliekamā medicīniskā palīdzība” saturā, lai nodrošinātu studentiem iespējas iegūt praktiskas iemaņas neatliekamās medicīniskās palīdzības sniegšanā, balstoties uz MK Ārstniecības likuma 1. pantu un izglītības studentcentrēto pieeju. Galvenie secinājumi: Maģistra darba izstrādes gaitā tika analizēta un apkopota zinātniskā literatūra un elektroniskie avoti, empīriskā pētījuma gaitā tika analizēti četru koledžu studiju kursa “Neatliekamā medicīniskā palīdzība” apraksti. Lai analizēt kursa aprakstus, tika izvirzīti desmit pētījuma jautājumi, kas ļāva secināt, ka: •Studiju kursa “Neatliekamā medicīniskā palīdzība” aprakstos dota informācija nav veidota pēc Eiropas izglītības telpas studentcentrētas pieejas principa. •Informācija kursa apraksti nenodrošina caurskatāmi ieraudzīt studiju kursā sagaidāmos rezultātus un vērtēšanas principus. Master’s thesis: “Comparison of the learning outcomes of the study course “Emergency Medicine” in the college health care program “Therapeutic Massage” Master’s thesis consist of: 96 pages, it includes 27 tables, 5 figures, 76 bibliographical reference items. Advisor: assistant professor, Dr. paed. Sanita Baranova. Description of the problem: the theoretical basis of the study course “Emergency Medicine” and acquired competencies in medical and health care colleges are not strictly regulated, the content and topics of the course tend to differ in each institution, therefore there is no unified academic approach to teaching and learning this subject. Aim of the work: to comparatively study the content of the study course “Emergency Medicine” , study results and acquisition requirements in the health care program “Therapeutic Massage”. Research question: What needs to be changed in the content of the study course “Emergency Medical Care” to provide students with opportunities to acquire practical skills in providing emergency medical care, based on Article 1 of the Cabinet of Ministers Medical Law and the student-centered approach to education. Main conclusions: In the course of elaboration of the Master's thesis, scientific literature and electronic sources were analyzed and summarized, in the course of the empirical research the descriptions of the study course “Emergency Medicine” of four colleges were analyzed. In order to analyze the course descriptions, were raised ten research questions, which allowed to conclude that: • The information given in the descriptions of the study course “Emergency Medicine” is not based on the principle of European Education Area student-centered approach. • Information course descriptions do not provide a transparent view of the expected results and evaluation principles of the study course. The work contains an introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions.
