Abstract

Darba autore: Renāte Kalnozola Darba tēma:Pozitīvas bērna vecāku un pedagogu sadarbības nozīme bērna personības attīstībā. Darbs sastāv no divām daļām. Pirmajā daļā tika teorētiski analizētas psihologu un pedagogu atziņas par sadarbībās organizēšanu pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē, raksturojot vecāku un pedagogu sadarbību, kā arī tās iespējas starp vecākiem un pedagogiem. Otrajā daļā tika veikts pētījums, izmantojot pētīšanas instrumentu – aptauju gan pedagogiem, gan atsevišķi vecākiem. Aptauja tika veikta vienā pirmsskolas izglītības iestādē, aptaujājot tās pedagogus un trīs pirmsskolas izglītības grupu vecākus. Kvalifikācijas darbā ir izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Atbildot uz pētījuma hipotēzi – bērna personība veiksmīgi attīstīsies, ja starp vecākiem un pedagogam būs labvēlīgas attiecības, var teikt, ka tā ir apstiprinājusies, jo vecāki un pedagogi ir apmierināti ar savstarpējām attiecībām. Author of the thesis: Renate Kalnozola (RenāteKalnozola) Topic of the thesis: The Importance of Positive Cooperation between Child's Parents and Pedagoguesin the Development of Child's Personality. The thesis consists of two chapters. In the first chapterthere are theoretically analysed the findings of psychologists and pedagogues on the organization of cooperation in a pre-school educational institution, while characterising the cooperation between parents and pedagogues, as well as its possibilities between parents and pedagogues. In the second chapterthere has been carried out a research using a research tool - a survey for both pedagoguesand separately for parents. The survey has been conducted in one pre-school educational institution interviewing its pedagoguesand parents of three pre-school education groups. Conclusions and proposals have been developed in the qualification paper. Responding to the hypothesis of the research - a child's personality will develop successfully, if there is a favourable relationship between parents and pedagogues, it can be stated that it has been confirmed, since parents and pedagoguesare satisfied with their mutual relationship.
