Abstract

Darba nosaukums: “Darba aizsardzības sistēmas pilnveide uzņēmumā SIA “Maritec”. Darba autore: Marika Magaziņa. Pētījuma mērķis ir izpētīt teorētiskos aspektus par darba vides riskiem elektromontieriem. Identificēt, novērtēt un novērst darba vides riskus, veicot darba procesa novērojumus. Izvēlēties piemērotas un atbilstošas risku novērtēšanas metodes. Balstoties uz izdarītajiem secinājumiem izstrādāt un sniegt uzņēmumam ieteikumus darba vides uzlabošanai un pilnveidošanai. Pētījuma objekts: darba aizsardzības sistēma SIA “Maritec”. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir: apskatīt un analizēt literatūru par būtiskākajiem riska faktoriem energobūvniecības nozarē un riska novērtēšanas metodēm; apskatīt, analizēt izplatītākos psihoemocionālos darba vides riskus elektromontieriem; veikt nodarbināto aptauju, lai noskaidrotu nodarbināto viedokli par psiholoģisko atmosfēru darbā un novērtētu ergonomiskos riska faktorus. Pētījuma metodes: teorētiskā metode un empīriskā metode – anketēšana. Secinājumi un priekšlikumi: darba izstrādes laikā tika izpētīta darba aizsardzības sistēma un noskaidrotie biežāk konstatētie trūkumi, to iespējami cēloņi. Tā kā SIA “Maritec” darbojas bīstamajā nozarē tad, lai tajā tiktu ievērotas vispārējās darba aizsardzības prasības, regulāri ir jāveic darbinieku apmācība darba aizsardzības jautājumos. The aim of the research is: study the theoretical aspects of work environment risks for electricians; identify, assess and prevent work environment risks by performing work process observations; choose appropriate and appropriate risk assessment methods. Based on the conclusions, develop and provide recommendations to the company for the improvement and refinement of the work environment. The object of the research: the system of labor protection in SIA “Maritec”. The tasks of the research are: to review and analyze the literature on the most significant risk factors in the energy construction industry and risk assessment methods; to look at and analyze the most common psycho-emotional work environment risks for electricians; to conduct a survey of employees in order to find out the opinion of employees about the psychological atmosphere at work and to assess ergonomic risk factors. Research methods: theoretical method and empirical method - questionnaire. Conclusions and proposals: during the elaboration of the work, the labor protection system was investigated and the most frequently identified shortcomings and their possible reasons are found. As SIA “Maritec” operates in the hazardous industry, in order to comply with the general labor protection requirements, it is necessary to provide regular training of employees in labor protection issues.
