Darba aizsardzības sistēmas pilnveidošana, uzņēmumā “SCHWENK Latvija” SIA, pielietojot LEAN pieejas

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: Darba aizsardzības sistēmas pilnveidošana, uzņēmumā “SCHWENK Latvija” SIA, pielietojot LEAN pieejas. Studiju programma: Profesionālā bakalaura studiju programma “ARODVESELĪBA UN DROŠĪBA DARBĀ”. Bakalaura darba zinātniskais vadītājs: Dr. sc. admin., profesors Henrijs Kaļķis. Bakalaura darbā tiek pētīta darba aizsardzības sistēma un tās pilnveidošanas iespējas uzņēmumā SCHWENK, pielietojot LEAN pieejas. Darba aizsardzība šodien ieņem vadošo lomu ikvienā organizācijā, lai ilgtermiņā saglabātu cilvēkresursus un rūpētos par darbinieku drošību darbā. Savukārt LEAN sniedz efektīvus rīkus, lai uzlabotu darba procesus. Darba mērķis ir pētīt darba aizsardzības sistēmas pilnveidošanas iespējas uzņēmumā “ SCHWENK Latvija” SIA, pielietojot LEAN pieejas. Darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām, izmantojot vispārpieņemtās pētījuma metodes (teorētiskā jeb aprakstošā, empīriskā, induktīvā, statistiskā un socioloģiskā). Pirmajā nodaļā apkopota un analizēta literatūra par darba aizsardzības sistēmu, tās būtību un nozīmi drošas darba vides radīšanā, darba vides risku faktoriem un risku novērtēšanu un preventīvo pasākumu nozīmi darba aizsardzības sistēma pilnveidē. Otrajā nodaļā veikts LEAN pieeju skaidrojums un nozīmi uzņēmuma darba vides sakārtošanā. Trešajā daļā raksturots ražošanas uzņēmums “SCHWENK Latvija“ SIA. Raksturota darba aizsardzības sistēma uzņēmumā, noteikti pastāvošie darba vides riski un veikta risku novērtēšana, analizēts darbinieku viedoklis par darba aizsardzības sistēmu uzņēmumā. Ceturtajā nodaļā noteiktas galvenās vadlīnijas darba aizsardzības sistēmā uzņēmumā un praktiski risinājumi darba vides risku faktoru mazināšanai. Analizēta LEAN pieeju pielietošanas efektivitāte un ieguvumi darba aizsardzības sistēmas pilnveidošanai uzņēmumā “SCHWENK Latvija“ SIA. Bakalaura darba nobeigumā izstrādāti secinājumi, kas radušies pētījumu rezultātā un sniegti priekšlikumi, darba aizsardzības sistēmas pilnveidošanai uzņēmumā “SCHWENK Latvija“ SIA, pielietojot LEAN pieejas. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 76 lappuses (bez pielikumiem), 2 tabulas, 46 attēli, 2 aprēķinu formulas un 53 izmantotās literatūras avoti. Topic of the Bachelor`s thesis: “Improvement of the occupational health and safety system applying the LEAN approach in the company “SCHWENK Latvia” Ltd. Study program: Professional bachelor study program “OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY AT WORK”. Scientific supervisor: Dr. sc. admin., professor Henrijs Kaļķis. In the bachelor's thesis there is deep analysis on occupational health and safety system and the possibilities to improve it in the company SCHWENK, applying LEAN approaches. Occupational safety today plays a leading role in every organization to maintain human resources in long term and ensure the safety at work for employees. On the other hand LEAN, provides effective tools to improve work processes. The aim of the work is to study the possibilities of improving the occupational health and safety system in the company “SCHWENK Latvija” Ltd, applying LEAN approaches. The work consists of four chapters using generally accepted research methods (theoretical or descriptive, empirical, inductive, statistical, and sociological). On the first chapter summarized and analyzed the literature on the occupational health and safety system, its essence and role in creating a safe work environment, work environment risk factors and risk assessment, and the importance of preventive measures to improve the occupational health and safety system. The second chapter explains the LEAN approaches and their role to improve company's work environment. The third part describes the building material company "SCHWENK Latvija" Ltd. The occupational health and safety system in the company is described, the existing work environment risks are identified, and the risk assessment is performed, the employees opinion on the occupational health and safety system in the company were analyzed. The fourth chapter sets out the main guidelines for the occupational health and safety system in the company and practical solutions for reducing work environment risk factors. The efficiency of application of LEAN approaches and benefits for the improvement of the occupational health and safety system in the company “SCHWENK Latvija” Ltd., have been analyzed. At the end of the bachelor's thesis, the conclusions have been emerged as an result of research and proposals for improving the occupational health and safety system for the company "SCHWENK Latvija" SIA, using LEAN approaches, are developed. The scope of the bachelor's thesis consists of 76 pages (without appendices), 2 tables, 46 figures, 2 calculation formulas and 53 used literature sources.
