Abstract

Bakalaura darba autors: Rihards Mistjukevičs Bakalaura darbu vadītājs: Mārtiņš Pužuls Bakalaura darba tēma: ”Risku novērtēšana darbiniekiem, kuri strādā tikai attālinātu darbu” Bakalaura darba mērķis: ir saprast un pētīt kādā veidā veikt darba vides risku novērtēšanu darbiniekiem kuri veic tikai attālinātu darbu vai arī kuri gandrīz nemaz neierodas ofisā vai darba vietā kurā atrodas uzņēmuma telpas. Bakalaura darba teorētiskajā daļā tiek analizēti dažādi materiāli grāmatas vebināri un citi dažādu institūciju materiāli par attālinātu. Darba analītiskajā daļā tiek veikta darbinieku aptauja, kuri strādā attālinātu darbu un to analīze. Tiek veikta darbinieka kurš stādā attālināti risku analīze pēc Somijas piecu baļļu metodes pēc SGR – C metodes biežas darbības ar rokām Praktiskajā daļa tiek veikts risku novērtējums fiziskā vidē. Darba izstrādes gaitā tiek veidots palīgmateriāls, pēc kāda varētu vadīties, kā vieglāk un korektāk varētu vērtēt darba vides riskus darbiniekiem, kuri strādā attālinātu darbu. Izmantotās metodes: Somijas piecu baļļu metode (Vispārējiem riskiem). SGR - C metode priekš darbiniekiem kuri strādā pie datora vai ar rokām. Galvenie izmantotie informācijas avoti: V.
