Darba vides risku novērtējums kokapstrādes uzņēmumā “Sendija”.

Abstract

Latvijas Universitātes 1.līmeņa augstākās profesionālās studiju programmas „Darba aizsardzības” studente Sanita Piļka izstrādājusi kvalifikācijas darbu “Darba vides risku novērtējums SIA „Sendija” zāģbaļķu zāģēšanas cehā”, darba vadītājs: Mg.sc; Mg.oesc., Iveta Daugule. Kvalifikācijas darbs uzrakstīts uz 49 lappusēm, satur 22 tabula. Darba izstrādei izmantoti 17 dažādi literatūras un informācijas avoti. Kvalifikācijas darba mērķis ir iegūt informāciju par darba vides riska faktoriem zāģēšanas cehā un veikt to identificēšanu un novērtēšanu. Darbs sastāv no ievada, trijām nodaļām, galvenajiem secinājumiem un izstrādātajiem priekšlikumiem. Darbā veikta tehnoloģisko risku novērtēšana autokāra vadītājam pēc ,,K5 –T” matricas, slodzes ietekmes atklāšana un novērtēšana atsevišķām ķermeņa daļām pēc ātrās ekspozīcijas kontroles metodes, slodzes galveno rādītāju metodes SGR-A, rekomendējamais limits smaguma celšanai pēc NIOSH vienādojuma, psiholoģiskā klimata noteikšana darba vietā kā arī tika noteikts darbaspēju indekss Kvalifikācijas darbā analizēti darba vides riski un to ietekme uz nodarbināto darbspējām. Pētījuma rezultātā secināts, visiem zāģbaļķu cehā strādājošiem noteikts augsts ekspozīcijas līmenis mugurai, pleciem/rokām, plaukstām/locītavām, kaklam, kas atbilst III riska pakāpei. Šajās darba vietās pastāv augsts trokšņa līmenis, jālieto (austiņas), neapmierinošs mikroklimats. Novērtējot fizisko darba slodzi ar SGR A metodi kokapstrādes zāģbaļķu zāģēšanas cehā strādājošajiem, secināts, ka. būtiski palielināta slodze - III pakāpe visiem darbiniekiem - lentzāģa operatoriem, garinātāj zāģa operatoram, daudzzāģa operatoram un pakotājam. Rekomendējamais limits smaguma celšanai garinātājam noteikts 7kg. Pēc anonīmas aptaujas, kas tika veikta daudzzāģa operatoram un pakotājam varam secināt, ka kolektīvā valda veselīga atmosfēra jo ir iegūta I riska pakāpe. Nosakot strādājošo darba indeksu visiem darbiniekiem un apkopojot rezultātus nonākam pie slēdziena, ka viņiem ir vidējas darba spējas II kategorija. Secināts, ka izvēlētās risku novērtēšanas metodes ir ērtas un vienkārši pielietojamas darbā un tās var ieteikt līdzīgajām nozarēm, veicot ergonomisko risku novērtēšanu.

Latvia University 1st level of higher Professional studies "Labour Protection" student Sanita Piļka has been developing qualification paper "Assessment of the risk SIA"Sendija" saw log sawmill,"; supervisor: Mg.sc; Mg.osc.,Iveta Daugule. Qualification thesis is written on 49 pages, includes 22 tables. Work contains 17 different literature and information sources. The porpose of the qualification work is to obtain infomation on the risk factors of the working environment in sawmill and to carry out theirs identification and assessment. The work conssts of an introduction,three chapters,main conclusions and proposals drawn up. The work carried out an assessment of the technological risks for the driver of the car following the “K5-T” matrix, the detection and assessment of load effects for individual body parts following the rapid exposure control method, THE method of load key indicators SGR-A, the recommended limit for weight lifting following THE equation OF NIOSH, the assessment of the psychological climate at work and the determination of the workplace capacity Index. The qualification work shall analyses the risks of the working environment and their impact on the working capacity of employees. The study concludes that all workers in the saw log shop have a high level of exposure to the back, shoulders/arms, wrists/joints, neck corresponding to risk III. These workplaces have high noise levels, use (headphones), unsatisfactory micro-climate. The assessment of the physical workload by SGR Method A for wood-processing sawing plant concludes, that significantly in cases load-III degree all the workers,-band saw operator, extension saw operator, multi-saw operator and the packer. The recommended limit for lifting the load is set at 7 kg. following an anonymous survey conducted for the multi-saw operator and the packaging operator, we can conclude that the collective is a healthy atmosphere because of the level of risk I has been acquired. By identifying the work index for all employees and collecting the results, we conclude that they have a middle-grade grade II. It is concluded that the risk assessment methods selected are convenient and easy to use at work and can be recommended for similar industries when assessing ergonomic risks.
