Abstract

“Būvniecībā nodarbināto veselības veicināšanas stratēģija Latvijā”. Darba autors: Sanita Jolanta Draudiņa. Darba vadītāja: asoc. prof., Dr. med. Ženija Roja. Darbs izklāstīts uz 78 lapām, ietver 20 attēlus, 5 tabulas, 8 pielikumus un 39 literatūras avotus. Maģistra darba mērķis ir pētīt darba vides riska faktorus būvniecības nozarē un izstrādāt veselības veicināšanas stratēģiju būvniecības nozarē nodarbinātajiem, nosakot veidus kā veicinot veselību nodarbinātajiem iespējams samazināt darba vides risku faktoru kaitīgo ietekmi uz darbinieka garīgo un fizisko veselību darbā. Pētījums sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā veikta literatūras analīze par būvniecības nozari Latvijā, darba vides riska faktoriem būvniecības nozarē, veselības veicināšanu un tās atbilstību būvniecības nozarei. Otrajā nodaļā aprakstītas pētījumā izmantotās metodes. Trešajā nodaļā veikta pētījuma ietvaros veiktās darbinieku anketēšanas rezultātu analīze. Ceturtajā nodaļā izstrādāta veselības veicināšanas stratēģija būvniecības nozarē nodarbinātajiem. Darba noslēgumā sniegti secinājumi un praktiskās rekomendācijas. Darba izstrādes laikā gūtās atziņas ļauj secināt, ka būvniecības nozare no darba aizsardzības viedokļa ir bīstamā nozare, kur ikkatrs darba process saistīts ar dažādu darba vides riska faktoru ietekmi uz darbinieku, kas ilgtermiņā var radīt nodarbinātajam gan fiziskas, gan garīgas veselības problēmas, kas savukārt var veicināt arodslimības, kā arī izraisīt biežākus negadījumus un nelaimes gadījumus darbā. Uzturot darba aizsardzības sistēmu būvniecības nozares uzņēmumos un papildus preventīvo pasākumu plānam īsteno dažādus veselības veicināšanas pasākumus, ir iespējams uzlabot darbinieku kā fizisko veselību, tā garīgo, kā arī uzlabot darba efektivitāti uzņēmumā kopumā. The aim of the master's thesis is to study the work environment risk factors in the construction industry and to develop a health promotion strategy for employees in the construction industry, identifying ways to reduce the harmful effects of work environment risk factors on the employee's mental and physical health at work. The master's thesis consists of four sections. The first chapter analyzes the literature on the construction industry in Latvia, work environment risk factors in the construction industry, health promotion and its compliance with the construction industry. The second chapter describes the methods used in the study. In the third chapter, the analysis of the results of the employee survey conducted within the framework of the research was performed. In the fourth chapter, a health promotion strategy for employees in the construction sector is developed. Conclusions and practical recommendations are given at the end of the work. The findings of the study allow us to conclude that the construction industry is a dangerous industry, where each work process is associated with the impact of various work environment risk factors on the employee, which in the long run can cause both physical and mental health problems, which in turn can contribute to occupational diseases, as well as cause more frequent accidents at work. By maintaining a labor protection system in construction companies and in addition to the plan of preventive measures, various health promotion measures are implemented, it is possible to improve the physical and mental health of employees, as well as to improve work efficiency in the company.
