Psihoemocionālie riski informācijas tehnoloģiju nozarē nodarbinātajiem

Abstract

Maģistra darba nosaukums „Psihoemocionālie riski informācijas tehnoloģiju nozarē nodarbinātajiem”. Darba autors: Ingemārs Ivanovskis. Darba zinātniskais vadītājs: Doc., Dr.chem. Ingars Reinholds. Darba apjoms 87 lappuses, tajā iekļautas 17 tabulas, 31 attēls, 56 informācijas avoti un 1 pielikums. Maģistra darba pētījumā tiek apskatīti informācijas tehnoloģiju nozarē nodarbinātie. Pētījumā piedalās dažādu nozarē sastopamo profesiju pārstāvji – programmētāji, izstrādātāji, testētāji, klientu apkalpotāji, dažādu līmeņu vadītāji, informācijas tehnoloģiju administratori, tehnisko departamentu darbinieki, informācijas tehnoloģiju produktu pārdevēji u. c., kuri nodarbināti 7 dažāda lieluma uzņēmumos. Ar aptaujas palīdzību tiek noskaidrots pētījuma dalībnieku viedoklis izdegšanas un depresijas testa jautājumos, kā arī noteikti respondentu darba vietās biežāk sastopamie darba vides kaitīgie faktori jeb stresori. Pētījumā izmantotās metodes: K. Maslačas (C. Maslach) profesionālās izdegšanas aptauja, Depresijas kluba izstrādāts Depresijas tests, un T. Koksa (T. Cox) un A. Grifita (A. Griffith) metode visbiežāk sastopamo darba vietas stresoru apzināšanai. Pielietojot pētījuma metodes, iegūtie rezultāti ļauj secināt, ka informācijas tehnoloģiju nozarē nodarbinātajiem psihoemocionālo risku ietekme galvenokārt saistīta ar organizācijas kultūras, darba slodzes un tempa, karjeras veidošanas, darba satura un strādājošā lomu organizācijā, kā rezultātā lielākā daļa pētījuma dalībnieku pakļauti izdegšanas sindromam un depresijai. Ingars Reinholds. The thesis is presented in 86 pages, which includes 17 tables, 31 figures, 56 information sources and 1 appendix. The research of the master's thesis examines the employees in the field of information technology. Representatives of the information technology industry of various professions participate in the research - programmers, developers, managers of various levels, information technology administrators, employees of technical departments, sellers of information technology products, etc. c., employed in 7 companies of different sizes. The survey has revealed the opinion of the research participants on the issues of burnout and depression test, as well as the most common harmful factors or stressors of the work environment in the respondents' workplaces are determined. Methods used in the study: C. Maslach's burnout survey, the Depression Test developed by the Depression Club, and the T. Cox and A. Griffith method for identifying workplace stressors. Applying the research methods, the results suggest that the impact of psycho-emotional risks on IT workers is mainly related to the organisation's culture, workload and pace, career development, job content and the role of the worker in the organization, leading to burnout and depression.
