dc.description.abstractDzelzs, cinka, slāpekļa un fosfora satura izvērtējums mazdārziņa augsnē. Čehoviča M., darba vadītāja Mg.chem. pētniece Gunita Celma. Bakalaura darbs, 38 lappuses, 12 attēli, 13 tabulas, 37 literatūras atsauces, 7 pielikumi. Latviešu valodā. Darbā tika izmantotas dažādas kvantitatīvās analīzes metodes, lai noteiktu dzelzs, cinka, slāpekļa un fosfora saturu piemājas dārza augsnē. Paraugi tika ievākti divos gadalaikos - rudenī un pavasarī. Tika ievākti arī ārstnieciskie augi un noteikts to dzelzs un cinka saturs. Augiem noteikts mitruma saturs un augsnes kopējais un aktīvais skābums. Dzelzi un cinku noteica,izmantojot liesmas atomabsorbcijas spektroskopiju, bet fosforu un amoniju –spketrofotometriski. Iegūtie rezultāti tika apstrādāti, izvērtēts noteikto elementu saturs paraugos, iegūtie rezultāti tika salīdzināti ar literatūras datiem.
dc.description.abstractEvaluation of iron, zinc, nitrogen and phosphorus content in garden soil. Čehoviča M., supervisor researcher Mg.Chem Gunita Celma. Undergraduate research project, 38 pages,12 images, 13 tables, 37 citations, 7 attachments. In Latvian. Various quantitative analysis methods were used to determine the content of iron, zinc, nitrogen and phosphorus in garden soil. Samples were collected in two seasons - autumn and spring. Medicinal plants were also collected and their iron and zinc content was determined. The moisture content of the plants and the total and active acidity of the soil have been determined. Iron and zinc were determined using flame atomic absorption spectroscopy and phosphorus and ammonium spectrophotometrically. The obtained results were processed, the content of determined elements in the samples was evaluated, the obtained results were compared with other data from literature.
