Abstract

Problēma un aktualitāte – daļai ikdienas praksē sastapto bērnu ir pazemināta interese par dabas norisēm, atrašanos dabā, bērni ir trauksmaini, tiem ir koncentrēšanās grūtības un zema uzmanības noturība. Autores interešu lokā ir pedagoģiskā darbība dabā un kā tas varētu veicināt bērnu kognitīvo procesu attīstību. Teorētiskā daļa – šajā daļā tiek aplūkots izziņas process, noskaidroti teorētiskie aspekti par bērnu informācijas uztveri un dabas klātbūtnes nozīmi izziņas procesā. Empīriskā daļa – darba autore, organizējot pedagoģiskās nodarbības dabā, pēta, kā tās sekmē bērna izziņas procesu, pieredzes atspoguļojumu zīmējumā, fiksējot atbildes reakciju – atgriezenisko saiti uz vienu nodarbību. Thesis subject – Development of cognitive skills in 5-6 year old preschool children by contact with nature. Thesis objective – to research processes of information reception and cognitive development in 5- and 6-year-old children during contact with nature. Problem and its relevance – a certain part of children encountered in author’s everyday practice have low interest about processes of nature and being in nature, these children are anxious, they have low ability to concentrate and hold attention. The author is interested in pedagogy outdoors and its ability to improve the development of cognitive processes in children. Theoretical part – in this part the cognitive process is considered, theoretical aspects of information reception by children and the role of nature in cognitive process are clarified. Empirical part – by organizing pedagogical lessons in nature setting, the author researches how it furthers the cognitive process in children and the reflection of the experience in drawings, establishing feedback for the lesson.
