Darba vietas ergonomiskā analīze pārdevēja amatam uzņēmumam AS “Kesko Senukai Latvia”

Abstract

Darba autore: Arta Sprukta. Darba zinātniskā vadītāja: Dr. med., asoc. prof. Ženija Roja. Darbs izklāstīts uz 45 lpp., ietver 18 attēlus, 2 pielikumus, 16 informatīvos avotus. Kvalifikācijas darbs sastāv no 3 daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir apkopota un analizēta literatūra par ergonomiku mazumtirdzniecības sfērā un pārdevēja darbā. Otrajā daļā ir aprakstītas pētījumā lietotās metodes, bet trešajā daļā ir apkopoti anketēšanas rezultāti, izvērtēti pētījumā izmantoto metožu rezultāti, izklāstīti secinājumi un ieteikumi ergonomisko risku novēršanā. Pētījuma rezultāti, apkopojot anketēšanas datus un klātienē analizējot pārdevēju darba vietas, ļauj secināt, ka ergonomisko risku līmenis darba vietā vērtējams ar 3. riska pakāpi, kas norāda, ka nepieciešami pasākumi riska samazināšanai. Izmantotās metodes: kvalitatīvās metodes kā anonīma darbinieku aptauja un Somijas 5 baļļu matrica , Slodzes galveno rādītāju (SGR-A), NIOSH metode un celšanas indekss.

The first part summarizes and analyzes the literature on ergonomics in the field of retail sales and the work of a salesperson. The second part describes the methods used in the research, but most of them summarize the results of the questionnaires, evaluate the results of the methods used in the research, present the conclusions and recommendations for the prevention of ergonomic risks.The results of the research, by collecting the survey data and analyzing the sellers' workplaces in person, allow us to conclude that the level of ergonomic risks in the workplace is assessed with risk level 3, which indicates that the necessary measures to reduce the risk. Used: qualitative methods such as an anonymous employee survey and the Finnish 5-point matrix, the main indicators of workload (SGR-A), NIOSH method and lifting index.
