Abstract

„ Attālināto mācību ietekme uz psihosociālajiem faktoriem pedagogu darbā”. Darba autors: Gatis Križus. Darba zinātniskais vadītājs: Dr. ķīm., docents Ingars Reinholds. Darbs izklāstīts uz 37 lpp., ietver 9 attēlus, 1 tabulas, 5 pielikumu, 16 informatīvos avotus. Pētījums sastāv no 3 daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir apkopota un analizēta literatūra par psihosocialajiem riskiem pedagogu darbā, strādājot attālināti. Literatūras analīze uzrāda, ka pedagogi ir pakļauti dažādu psihosociālu darba vides risku faktoriem, kā piemēram, stress un izdegšanas sindroms. Otrajā daļā ir aprakstītas pētījumā lietotās metodes, šoreiz tiek izmantota anketēšana, bet trešajā daļā ir apkopotas strādājošo atbildes par psihosociālajiem riskiem – stresu un izdegšanas sindromu. Noteikts, ka stress kā risks pakāpe profesijā ir III (ciešams risks). Lai gan nebija iespējams aptaujāt visus skolas pedagogus, bet no saņemtajām respondentu atbildēm var secināt, ka pedagogi cenšas ievērot gan atpūtas pauzes un organizēt savu darba dienu. Tāpat vairums atbildēja, ka izjūt stresu strādājot attālināti un labāk dod priekšroku darbam klātienē. Viena trešdaļa no aptaujātajiem pedagogiem ir norādījuši par paaugstinātu stresa līmeni un vairākām izdegšanas sindroma pazīmēm. Nobeigumā tika sagatavoti praktiski ieteikumi pedagogiem, stresa līmeņa mazināšanai. Izmantotās metodes: Somijas 5 baļļu metode, pedagogu aptauja.

The thesis includes 37 pages, includes 9 pictures, 1 tables, 5 appendixes, 16 sources. The present thesis consists of 3 chapters. The first chapter represents the analysis of the chosen literature on the theme of psychological risks in the work of pedagogues, who work from distance. The analysis shows that pedagogues are subjected to different psycho-social risks in their working environment, such as stress and burnout. The second chapter describes the research methods applied in the study. This time it is method of questionnaire. The third chapter represents the answers obtained from working pedagogues regarding the psychological risks – stress and burnout. It is detected that stress as risk level in teaching is III (tolerable risk). Even if it wasn’t possible to question all the school pedagogues, based on the obtained respondent’s answers, it can be concluded that pedagogues try to organize their work and make breaks. Though, the majority answered that they still experience stress working from distance and prefer working on-the-spot. One third of respondents specified that they noticed many signs of burnout and elevated stress level. To conclude, various practical recommendations were prepared to reduce stress level.
