Abstract

“Darba vides risku novērtējums loģistikas nozares biroju un noliktavu darbiniekiem”, darba autore Samanta Čiapas, darba vadītājs Dr. chem, docents Ingars Reinholds Kvalifikācijas darbs izklāstīts -3 nodaļās. Darbā ir 61 lapa, 10 attēli, 31 literatūras un informācijas avoti, 4 tabulas, 7 pielikumi. Pētījums sastāv no 3 daļām. Pirmajā daļā ir apkopoti un analizēti literatūras avoti par darba vides riskiem, arodslimībām un nelaimes gadījumiem loģistikas nozarē strādājošajiem gan birojā, gan noliktavā. Otrajā daļā ir minētas pētījumā izmantotās metodes – vispārējo darba vides risku novērtēšana tika veikta, izmantojot Somijas 5 baļļu matricu, slodzes galveno rādītāju metode – SGR-A un SGR-C, smаgu nastu celšаnаs un pārvietošаnаs nosаcījumu аprēķins (NIOSH vienādojumi), psiholoģiskā klimata darba vidē novērtēšanas metode un darbspēju indeksa noteikšana un nodarbināto anketēšana, lai novērtētu riskus un iegūtu rezultātus, bet trešajā daļā aprakstīti un analizēti iegūtie rezultāti, kas apstrādāti ar darba otrajā daļā minētajām metodēm. Rezultāti liecina, ka nodarbinātie birojā ir pakļauti ergonomisko, psiholoģisko risku ietekmei, noliktavā šādiem riska faktoriem – ergonomiskajiem, psiholoģiskajiem, traumatisma. Secināts, ka noliktavas darbiniekiem ir fiziski smagāks darbs, bet birojā nodarbinātie ir vairāk pakļauti piespiedu darba pozām.

The first part summarizes and analyzes literature sources on work environment risks, occupational diseases and accidents for workers in the logistics industry, both in the office and in the warehouse. The second part mentions the methods used in the study - the assessment of the general risks of the work environment was carried out using the Finnish 5-point matrix, the method of the main load indicators - SGR-A and SGR-C, the calculation of the conditions for lifting and moving heavy loads (NIOSH equations), the psychological climate at work environmental assessment method and workability index determination and employee questionnaires in order to assess risks and obtain results, while the third part describes and analyzes the obtained results processed with the methods mentioned in the second part of the work. The results show that the employees in the office are exposed to the influence of ergonomic, psychological risks, in the warehouse to the following risk factors - ergonomic, psychological, traumatic. It was concluded that warehouse workers have physically harder work, while office workers are more exposed to forced work postures.
