Skolotāju profesionālā kompetence pašvadītu mācību kontekstā sākumskolā

Abstract

Darba nosaukums ir “Skolotāju profesionālā kompetence pašvadītu mācību kontekstā sākumskolā”, darba autore ir Agate Bērziņa. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir teorētiski izzināt un praktiski pētīt skolotāju profesionālo kompetenci pašvadītas mācīšanās prasmes sekmēšanā sākumskolas skolēnos. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi tika analizēta literatūra par pašvadītu mācību procesu un skolotāja nozīmi pašvadītas mācīšanās prasmes sekmēšanā skolēniem. Tika pētīta skolotāju reālā kompetence pašvadīta mācību procesa sekmēšanā. Pēc pētījuma veikšanas tika secināts, ka skolotāju profesionālā kompetence veicināt sākumskolas skolēnu pašvadītās mācīšanās prasmes nepilnīgi atbilst pašvadītu mācību teorētiskajam raksturojumam. Bakalaura darbā ir 43 lappuses, 1 attēls, 9 tabulas, 33 literatūras avoti un 1 pielikums.

The title of this work is “Professional Competence of Teachers’ in the Context of Self-directed Learning in Elementary School”, the author of the work is Agate Bērziņa. The aim of the bachelor’s thesis is to theoretically explore and practically study the teachers’ professional competence to promote self-direceted learning skills for elementary school pupils. In order to achieve the objective, author analyzed the literature of self-directed learning, teacher’s role in promoting self-directed learning skills for pupils, and studied the real teachers’ competence to to promote self-directed learning. Following the study, it was concluded that the teachers’ professional competence to promote self-directed learning skills for elementary school pupils is not fully in line with the theoretical characteristics of self-directed learning.
