Meža nozare, tās raksturojums un konkurētspēja Latvijā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā tika veikta meža nozares analīze Latvijā, lai izstrādātu priekšlikumus tās attīstībai un konkurētspējas palielināšanai. Meža nozare ir viena no svarīgākajām nozarēm Latvijas tautsaimniecībā, kas nodrošina ap 6% no tautsaimniecības kopējās pievienotās vērtības. Mežiem ir arī būtiska sociālā un vides vērtība. tāpēc ir svarīgi izprast šo nozari. Mežiem ir būtiska sociālā, ekonomiskā un vides vērtība. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt meža nozares konkurētspēju un tās uzlabošanas iespējas, veikt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus Latvijas meža nozares attīstībai, kā arī apkopot meža nozarē strādājošo cilvēku viedokli.

The bachelor thesis analysed the forest sector in Latvia in order to develop proposals for its development and competitiveness. The forest sector is one of the most important sectors of the Latvian economy, accounting for around 6% of the total value added of the economy.
